Best Cold email tool by far!
Mail Meteor is an amazing tool, its very easy to use and is incredibly well created. The platform even allows you to view each individual email before sending, and the tool just works perfectly! Their support team regularly replies in a few hours, and was very kind even though i used the free version. The personalization is great also!
It would be great if they can increase the email limit for the starter pack though, which is quite low now.

Hi Luke! Mailmeteor's CEO here. That's unlikely something we do. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings and once it's canceled you never get charged.

Don't Deliver As Advertised, So Customer Service Hides
Customer service is only handled via form type emails. It never addresses my issue.
I signed up for Premium. I have Gmail Workspace. Yet, if I sent over 150 email in 24 hours, they would send me error message. I should have 2000!

That being said, you purchased Mailmeteor Premium which includes 500 emails/day (see pricing page [1]). Sometimes, you have fewer daily quota when your account is brand new. Here's our support article to help you with that issue [2].

Slow, Lazy Customer Service & Misleading Product
I'm baffled by the positive reviews because my experience was awful; if possible, I'd rate zero stars.
I signed up for the Pro plan which supposedly includes unlimited verification, yet they failed to verify emails as promised. Despite multiple bounce backs, the dashboard misleadingly showed a 0% bounce rate.
I reached out on Friday 14th June, to inquire about the unverified addresses. After waiting a week with no explanation or even a courteous acknowledgment of my emails, I canceled my subscription and requested a refund.
Their customer service is painfully slow, taking days to respond with generic, unhelpful replies that didn’t address my specific issues. In today's competitive marketplace, such delays are unprofessional and suggest they don't value customers or prioritize their satisfaction.
Now, I must switch everything to another cold email platform, which is highly inconvenient and disrupts my daily marketing plan. Had they addressed customer queries as promptly as negative reviews, this situation might have been avoided.
If I don't receive a refund by Friday 28th June, I will report Mailmeteor to Trading Standards for misleading advertising. I believe I am entitled to a full refund for the misrepresented service I signed up for.
Steer clear of this company everyone, save your money and precious time.

First of all, I deeply apologize for this situation. Our BounceShield is still in beta and unfortunately, it did not perform as expected for your account. I have forwarded your message to our engineering team so we can quickly improve it.
Regarding the support issues, some emails sent by our customer agents have bounced back, which might explain why you did not receive them a timely response. Our average response rate is less than 24 hours, and we are working towards reducing it even further.
Last but not least, we have a refund policy and you're totally eligible to it. I'll confirm by email that your subscription has been fully refunded.
Rest assured that your feedback is highly appreciated and will definitely make us move forward. We missed the mark here, but we are working hard to get back on track, and I hope you will give us another shot once the BounceShield is out of beta.

You won't get anything done with it. 90% of the emails were delayed and never sent. It's a fraud. I can't believe I paid for this.

I like the tool they have
I like the tool they have. There is need for some additional features which I informed customer service and they were happy to hear. They said they will work on it. Overall satisfied.
