Simple, easy to use.
might be intimidating at 1st but the videos break it down.

Sometimes a little tricky with saving and finding templates or campaigns from within Google Sheets.

Overall Highly recommended!! (infact I have to many colleagues)

Mailmeteor has made my life much better and gotten my email addresses off of the internet police's list. I send a newsletter to around 120 people and this service makes it easy.

Not the tool you need for high volume. But I just wanted to send the same email over to a small list of recipients, and this tool handles it perfectly.

Great Product !! Easy to use and effective

Received emails from my bank that it had denied credit for $2K of items charged to my account. Among the unauthorized/fraudulent charges was a subscription to "Mailmeteor" for $12.99. I had never heard of Mailmeteor. I never authorized a subscription to Mailmeteor. Nonetheless, Mailmeteor was granted access to my gmail account which I immediately canceled. I also blocked subsequent gmails from folks at Mailmeteor. Something's fishy. Can't believe I am the first/only person with this experience.

Tool is really clean and the support actually answers questions. This makes it far better than the competition out there which shall remain nameless.....

I find Mailmeteor easy to use, there are no unnecessary steps you have to go through
I epically like the campaign stats at the end of the mail shot, how many mails were opened etc
The info they give you really helps to keep your database clean with the unsendable addresses. We will be using this again

Mailmeteor has changed the game for me. I send many pitches out a week, and this software makes me a lot faster, more efficient, and I basically can now follow up with podcasts in my sleep! Cool stuff!

I am a long time user of meteror mail - it used to be awesome! Sadly, it doesn't work as well as it used to. It is lost all the functionality that made it valuable. You used to take me 10 minutes to set up everything. I have wasted 12 hours making videos for the support team - who doesn't actually know how to use the product - to show them how everything that worked before is now broken. I don't see the same value I used to which makes me very sad.

The frame is changing and without regular usage that I don't have, I may be lost in these changes.
Last point was with the template usage. I didin't find the way to use a template to send the email from the sheet. It might be improved.
BUT
I still realy appréciate the tool that is useful and respond to my usages.

This is amazing tool just schedule and you will get all analysis in addition one can search and verify Email.

MailMeteor could be a great program when it works. Unfortunately, the support and billing experience has been absolutely horrible. In addition, there is no real Outlook program or plugin, even though you advertise one. What you provide is Microsoft-compatible only in the sense that it works with a Microsoft email address, not the mail cleint Outlook itself. It will not work with a professional domain, and it is not an actual Outlook integration as stated.

I’ve spent an entire week going back and forth with support just trying to upgrade my plan, and the system still won’t allow it. Support keeps saying they are talking to billing, and while the support rep has been polite and trying to help, billing cannot seem to fix the issue. I’m stuck in limbo, unable to upgrade, unable to move forward, and losing valuable time.

What makes this even more aggravating is that I already set everything up. Now I have to find another email program, on a weekend, and rebuild everything from scratch. It just sucks.

I never write bad reviews. I really do not. But this experience pushed me to do it. MailMeteor is great when it works, but if you ever have a billing issue, good luck. Stay away unless you want the same headache.

Mailmeteor has made my email routine so much easier. The AI assistant is great at sorting my inbox and even suggests replies in my own style. I love how simple it is to launch campaigns and personalize emails right from Gmail. My productivity and outreach have improved a lot. Highly recommended!

Does what it says, and does it well

I really love using Mailmeteor. I'm new to cold emailing and MM has been so easy to use. My only complaint is I was exploring adding an automated follow-up to a campaign, but 1) the follow up email doesn't get sent within the same thread and 2) the First Name variable in the subject line didn't work for the follow up email (but it worked for the initial email).

I have to do the follow ups manually, which means I'm not able to track the email :( otherwise, love the metrics MM gives!
