Fantastic Service, Ordered a pair of Barbour wellie boot socks yesterday afternoon, received a confirmation in minutes, despatch notice within a couple of hours and delivered today. Wife love the socks and were a great price. Thank you

Sick of companies doing discount products on items far more expensive than Amazon, eBay or other online retailers. Only to discover they are second hand and have been tried on and worn. They are also riddled with marks. Bought a pair of Berghaus Hillmaster II Goretex boots on14 11 23 on website Love The Sales, sent via DPD, supplier is Griggs. Big line across the left toe cap. Crease lines on both boots where they have been bent over the toes, obviously tried on by other people. Marks on the heels...the list goes on. Pardon me, but I paid for a new pair of boots. Not a second hand defective pair, that some other Tom Dick or Harry has tried on previously, rejected then returned. Obviously then redistributed and re sold to me as a new pair. Sadly for Griggs, I'm no sucker!! They only have one pair this size left in stock. I won't be returning for a second helping of disappointment. Mr Jones.

Ordered a jacket from here as a gift to my father and it hasn’t arrived and on the DPD app it’s said it’s been delivered for the past 2 weeks I’ve been going back and forward with the customer services of magriggs and all they are saying is we can’t offer a refund we are waiting on DPD to investigate never order from these guys waste of time and money

Since buying these wellies I’ve had to have a new pair sent out due to them splitting after just a few uses, the new pair has also done the same in exactly the same areas! I requested a refund/store credit so I could buy a different brand as these clearly were not up to the task. The request has been refused and I’m now left with a £200 pair of wellies that got no more than 5 hours of walking in, why buy a named brand for a high price when in reality they are no different in quality than the cheaper wellies you can buy on the market. I will be issuing a claim through the small claims court.

Ordered a Barbour jacket yesterday morning, had a chat with the customer service re delivery and other things they couldn’t be nicer! Although they didn’t promise anything I know they made an extra effort and got it dispatched asap with delivery the next day - this morning! They even included a birthday card as a top top surprise! Truly made my day!
Ps: the product also was great as described fits perfectly etc … :) do not hesitate to use them especially as their prices are very competitive!

Very speed delivery, I had an issue with my Timberland boots and they resolved it very quickly.

Purchased Barbour jacket frm Griggs had to return due to Barbour & their awful sizing. Got my refund straight away only cost me £3:50 postage. Fair play to Griggs 🤙

Fantastic customer service. Had a fault in a wellie boot. Returned them free of charge and they replaced them with a new pair within the week of sending them back. Very impressed thank you. The wellies are excellent too.

I ordered a Barbour jacket and was delivered the next day, but it was too big (my fault) So easy to return to M A Griggs and had email confirmation the day after it was returned to confirm refund. Have since ordered the correct sized jacket. The price is excellent as is quality and efficiency of this company. Thank you would highly recommend.

I love this company. They really are wonderful to buy from. I ordered a horse rug which was a great price and arrived in a couple of days.

Bought Grubs Rainline Wellington Boots from this company in July last year. They weren‘t cheap and I only wore them occasionally, thinking they would last me a good few years. The other day I went to a beach and a soaking right foot made me realise the rubber on one of the boots had totally perished - there were two large cracks in the material. I sent some photos to the company, but they pointed out the guarantee had expired and that’s it. Tough luck for me. How can they sell boots of such poor quality??

Ordered two days ago on website for children’s hunter wellies but still not had order confirmation

Great company. Ordered Berghaus walking boots from them due to good price. Had to speak to customer service and they couldn’t be more helpful. Also when DPD didn’t deliver the next day as expected or day after their customer service was outstanding. Sent out via Royal Mail and arrived 2 days later. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Terrible customer service, refused to refund on an unopened present. Email sent back to me was rude and they didn’t seem to want to help.
Will not be using these again.

I purchased a Barbour Stavia jacket from Magrigg.co.uk and am really impressed with this store. This is the first time that I have used this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Brilliant price, really fast delivery and great updates about the delivery. 10/10.

Never had confirmation emails, had to chase them, them after 3 weeks they refunded me but it was already dipatched then told me some error happened, pak of lies through phone calls too.

I ordered a Barbour jacket last year which developed a fault. The whole returns process was fast and efficient and a replacement was sent quickly. Emails are answered quickly. More importantly however, when I phone them, someone answers almost straight away. So rare these days. I think Barbour should also be commended for making the returns process painless.

I will definitely be shopping with MA GRIGG again and would recommend them to others.

Had tried on a pair of Berghaus men’s trousers I liked in Tiso but at £85 a bit expensive

Searched them online when at home and found them for £40 here. Ordered and received 2 days later

I ordered size 6 Berghaus Women’s Hillwalker II GORE-TEX® Leather Walking Boots in grey. They arrived the next day but felt a bit tight. Ordered 6.5 to compare - arrived in 2 days and are perfect. Have just received refund for first pair less £3.50 as per refund policy. I won’t hesitate to use MAGrigg Ltd again.

I was nervous about placing an order as the jacket from Griggs was such a wonderful low price.
After some time I decided to take the plunge and I am so pleased that I did.
From placing an order to receiving the jacket ( in less than 24 hours) has been a very positive experience.
I shall definitely be placing more orders.
