Firstly, how is the disgusting opinions of Bugaboo allowed to remain on trustpilot. He isn't giving a review just a personal attack. I've reported him hope others do.
Anyway back to my review, ordered a pair of boots, arrived the following day in perfect new condition. Unfortunately the wrong size so a quick phone call to a lovely lady in returns and I had a label to return free of charge. Sent back and within 3 days my new pair arrived. You can't get better service than that. Will continue to use Griggs and recommend to friends and family.

Top service from Griggs when ordering a pair of Skechers "Slip-In" ankle boots for my wife. Ordered on a Monday and delivered the following day, nothing surprising in that you may think except for the fact it was to the Highlands of Scotland!! We are treated as "pariahs" living so far North by a lot of companies who trade online when it comes to delivery, often at extortionate cost if at all, but for griggs to dispatch and deliver in less than 24hrs from 1 end of the UK to the other gets our full praise, we'll be back for sure. I feel compelled to write this Review as I am in complete disbelief to see the negative, abusive and quite simply, dreadful comments that some people have left regarding this wonderful Cornish Company who I have been buying from for over 20 years, both online and locally from their Store or Shop in Truro.

They always give the best personal attention, whenever I visit or order from them, which is regularly . Their prices are consistently much cheaper than any other online websites or high street stores and if I do ever need any help with an order or delivery, they give their absolute best to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

I am absolutely shocked at what some people will write in their reviews and I hope that Trustpilot will step up and remove these obvious scammers.

Offensive, untrue and rude reviews should not be permitted and as such Trustpilot should take responsibility for what is published on their website.

Thank you Griggs for being outstanding at what you do, every day, and I am sorry you are subject to these vile claims.

The shop is set out beautifully, welcome not so good. This shop is small, so employee can see very easily anyone who comes in. Just a hello would have been nice, I was the only customer in there, I was looking to buy a new pair of boots but being totally ignored I just left.

Would rate 6 stars if I could. Bought boots £50 less than everywhere else just before midnight on Friday. They were delivered free less than 48 hours later on a Sunday afternoon. Brilliant.. Thank you!

Item I ordered received next day.Unfortunatly it was unsuitable.I failed to enable the Post Office return system.One quick phone call to MA Griggs and it was resolved.Two days later my refund through Paypal was in my account.Can't ask for a better outcome.

Item arrived quickly,however after their sizing guide and advice to go a size lower I did to which they were to small near impossible to return unless you have a printer so had to at my own expense,then recieved an email saying because I had tried them on outside they would not exchange nor refund as cross contamination??Never heard anything like it in my life,i would like to add that one boot had a small stain in the leather which i was prepared to live with.Stay well clear on line anyway and if you do purchase footwear from this company do not step outside in your garden to have a little walk about to check the size and fit !!!!

In today's world I am finding it increasingly difficult to get good service.
Today I was reminded that really great customer service still exists, thanks to the service rep that dealt with me at M A Grigg.

I was looking to buy a barbour jacket and also the hood to go with it.

A phone call was made and within no time at all I'm speaking to an actual person, sorry, an actual person that actually cares about providing good service.

They were able to make an adjustment to their system to allow me to have visibility of and purchase the hood from their online store.

They also advised me on a discount for signing up to them.

Knowledgeable, efficient, great price, fantastic responsive service. Just the perfect shopping experience.

I will be recommending and returning to them for future purchases.

Huge congratulations to them for leading the way in what is missing in today's online world. 11 out of 10!

I bought some Birkenstock Boston Clogs from M A Grigg yesterday, this is the first time I have used the company - the clogs were cheaper than on other sites. They arrived this afternoon, and they are perfect. Thank you for such a quick service.

Ordered a gillet for my 88 year old dad. Unfortunately didn’t fit him well so needed to return, however my dad had a series of falls and we both omitted to return item. I eventually got a chance to send back and was a little bit outside the return window. I included an apology message, however, today my dad got an email saying they could not accept his return and were returning item to him? I understand return policies etc but had hoped in the circumstances they would show some sympathy/make an exception.

Update Tuesday 16th April 10.32am - I emailed you directly with the information
requested, but not received an acknowledgment or update. Also, dad received the gilet back on Saturday. Dad had x-ray on Sunday and he has fractured L1 in his back, so can provide a report if needed to prove why he couldn’t get out to return parcel.

Recently bought a Barbour Jacket via the company website -was already a great price, but still got a further 10% new customer discount and free express delivery. Ordered on a Saturday afternoon, arrived Sunday morning. Cornwall to Kent in under 24 hours - now that's what I call service!

From ordering (online)to delivery was exceptional, approximately 36 hours.
The Barbour wellies are excellent quality and great value for money.

Ordered a Barbour Ashby jacket at 4pm yesterday and it arrived today in perfect condition at 3pm. That’s seriously good service in my book. The price was excellent too and I received a 10% discount as it was my first order. Thank you Griggs!

Website promises 10% off your first order but this is a complete lie. I signed up and no 10% off code got sent to me nor was it applied to my purchase. I tried the same thing with another email address and still no code. Seems they say this to get you to sign up/buy from them but its a scam that doesn't happen. Avoid. Untrustworthy company who waste people's time.
