I ordered with the wrong address and they were able to correct my mistake. Very pleased.

Sent a message to customer service on a Sunday thinking I would have to wait a few days for a response. Had my answer within an hour and placed an order!

I was initially thrilled with the terrific customer service, but the last email I received stating my order was processng stated I was receiving a color other than the one I selected.

I ordered a braless tank that had good reviews. When I finally received it, the quality was poor and it didn't fit right. When requesting a refund, Maggie offered to send me a replacement or refund 30% of what I paid. We went back and forth and was offered a 50% refund, and i didn't have to return the product. I felt like I was forced to take it. Not the way I had anticipated this purchase would go.

I ordered 3 tanks that were too large. I contacted customer service and they offered to replace the tanks with a smaller size, and I was able to choose different colors. I did replace one of the colors with another as I didn't care for the color on the first order. They said I could keep the original order and either wear them around the house or share them with someone else who could use them. The shipping for the replacements was reasonable.
