Delivery was longer than expected
Delivery was longer than expected, missed his Birthday. But he likes them. They are a little snug so I would say they are a little smaller than true to size. For this price, there should be more half sizes.

After I ordered, I could not find my order information email so asked Madixa to resend it. They sent it within a few hours. Then about the time the parcel should have been arriving, I began receiving spam emails from someone claiming to be a European carrier but didn’t appear to provide service in North America. I sent customer service an email asking which courier I should expect to bring the parcel because I was receiving what I suspected was spam. Again I received an answer within a few hours. They told me where the parcel should be and when I could expect it. They also told me they had sent it through Canada Post which put my mind at ease. When the shoes arrived, I put them on immediately and wore them the rest of the day. They fit not too bad considering I have an extremely high instep and arch which means I often can’t even get shoes on. I could have gone a half size smaller which pleased me.
I will probably purchase another pair of these ankle boots as they look good and are comfortable. I like dealing with Madixa

Shoes came within the allotted period. Have had great comments on my shoes. Even had a few people say when I’m not looking I’m going to steal those shoes off your feet. Super comfortable and great town shoes for a good stroll.

Kapda Boots Live Up To Hype
The brown Kapda boots have lived up to the advertising claims in terms of the comfort fit with noticeable orthopedic benefit and stylish look. Every time I have worn them publicly people, both men and women, have made positive comments and asked me where I got them. I referred them to the website. The U.S. sizing chart was right on with a perfect fit. I have worn them in casual and semi-casual situations. My only concern is with the loosely wound laces and whether they will wear for the long haul. Overall a great buy at advertised price point.
