The shoes are not even close to being the size you order. It would cost half of the cost of the shoes to send them back. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered my pair of shoes and to my surprise the pair of shoes came from china and not my size what I ordered as per US standard. when I asked them they send me a mail to send back the material by courier to china address which will cost equal to product cost to get a new one. The best thing i did is to throw it in garbage and its waste of money, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

What a waste of money, extremely disappointing, not as pictured not as described. My pair went straight to rubbish, customer service isn’t that great either.

Ordered 3 Shoes in 14. Pay for expedited shipping. Took months to get shoes then when arrived the size was around a 12 in size. Notified company wanted to give me a $10 discount and not take shoes back or refund me my money. I Lost nearly $150 dealing with this company and they would not take shoes back for refund. Company overseas and they never corrected mistake. Also lost money in shipping. Don't deal with this company unless you want to lose money. After complaining they wanted to give me a discount of $15 for shoes that don't fit and advised me I should keep them and give them as gifts to someone. Never got my money back and stuck with shoes that don't fit. This company sucks don't deal with overseas companies not much recourse when they screw up.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Reasons:

1. Extremely cheaply made shoes (lower quality and design than Payless Shoes)
2. These shoes ship from China directly, so return and refunds are nearly impossible.
3. Merchandise are shipped poorly.
4. Be very careful what you order from Instagram and other Social media advertisements.
5. Please report this company and it's practices to the federal trade commission at ftc.gov

The shoes arrived, but 3 sizes larger than ordered. Contrary to Madixa's claims, they are not made of leather. The soles are made of flimsy rubber. All together not worth $69.99.

Don't trust this company with your credit card. It is not a secure checkout.

The shoes I bought were cheaply made and did not fit. They came with no packing or return slip, so I wrote requesting one. They told me to send the shoes to China! I responded that the shoes were sent to me from New York and I would send them back there. They said I had to send them to China. I wrote again and told them they were not legitimate and told them if I did not receive a proper address and return slip, I would report them to the Federal Trade Commission. I recommend others to the same.

These shoes were ordered with one pair to be shipped. Two pairs of shoes come in the mail. Got charged for 3 pairs of shoes. I contacted them and sent the one pair back. I hope to get a refund for the 2 or of shoes.

I ordered thes shoes a month ago using your chart to measure for my size. They are tdoo big and I need dto return them and get a size smaller. Just got them this morning. still new have not been worn. since you don't make them in half sizes i need to get a size 11 and return the size 12. tell me how to go about this. I just received my order in both the brown and black and the sizes are not even close! Ordered both in size 8 women's and these are almost 2 sizes too big! It's impossible to return so I'm stuck. Such a bummer, I love the shoes but can't wear them. 😞😞
