This is third time lucky.
MadFun is Trampolines.co.uk and they will not take responsibility for their actions.
They say they acted quickly, it took over a month to get my money back, that's not quick.
They used very unprofessional delivery and installation companies, yet refused to take any responsibility for that, ofering no form of conpensation and not obtaining an ETA. Blaming these companies and the manufacturer for all the problems, yet they hired these people, not me!
Three days for next day delivery, missing parts and the legs put on the wrong way, which could have caused injury. No offer of compensation and a pretence that they are doing a favour. The legs have been put on wrong and they say we will fix it at no charge to you, I paid £189 for professional instalation?
Nothing to do with them, not their fault, out of their hands etc, etc, etc.
Then they say: While we also operate Trampolines.co.uk, your order and all communication were handled entirely by the MadFun. This is a falsehood, as soon as I paid, I received an email from Trampolines.co.uk. I received my refund from Trampolines.co.uk. I have no idea why they made this statement, clearly there is a motive behind that.
They cant handle bad reviews and keep having mine taken down, very sad.
I have yet to email projump, as I really wanted a trampolines from them. However they use these two companies and do not send to the public directly. Madfun use a flat pack company, who are definitely not professional trampoline installers and they use DX delivery the worst delivery I have ever come across. Highly unreliable all four of these companies which is a shame for projump trampolines. They even wanted to not pay me my money, saying: "confirm that you are willing to cooperate calmly, If not, we will consider this matter closed."
What can you do with this one?

You won’t get your trampoline & wont receive within the timeframes.
We are really disappointed so we placed an order for a trampoline with 2-3 working days delivery (trampoline.co.uk), it didn’t arrive within the time frame and we waited 2 weeks so we emailed them to cancel the order as we ordered with another company. When we emailed we received a reply advising we still had to accept the delivery and then return it (which we would then be responsible for the costs of this) - doesn’t seem fair as we hadn’t received it in the time frame and had also emailed prior to receiving it saying we ordered elsewhere. We obviously now have this as they delivered it anyway despite us cancelling it and I have emailed requesting a return, and I will also be requesting the delivery fee/not accepting return costs as I don’t see how that’s our responsibility. (I also run quite a large business and so know what’s reasonable what isn’t).
Anyway; the order we put in with the other company for the second trampoline where there’s didn’t arrive with “MAD FUN” is actually a sister company of there’s, again we ordered with 2-3 working days delivery with assembly on the 22nd. No sign of trampoline by the 28th so we emailed to see what was happening. 29th they replied to say “ Thank you for your message, I have checked and there seems to be an issue as the system it has been flagged up as a payment issue because you have used the same card registered to 2 different addresses on our website and therefore the system prevented the order from being processed as part of our fraud protection system”.
We have received no notification of this until we emailed on the 28th so the customer service isn’t great, we would have still been waiting for it to be delivered for the next week or two had I not emailed. Also our order was placed with a completely separate company & they continue with delivery for the first trampoline so it doesn’t make sense for that to happen. We have replied to advise we own both properties and delivery was requested to separate addresses, now waiting for a reply.
Really disappointing.
UPDATE-
We aren’t talking about a day or two here. We are talking about weeks that had passed with zero communication from yourself and it wasnt until I contact you that you then advised we still had to accept the order. You then despite us being well within our rights to cancel it due to it not arriving proceeded to deliver us it anyway. The order was still yours as we hadn’t received it yet. Legally it was still your property. How do you think that is acceptable? So your essentially saying if you don’t deliver on time (again not days, weeks here) customers can’t cancel and have to accept it anyway.
Your company has a clear issue with communication and deliveries and instead of taking responsibility here you are making excuses therefore, your service won’t change.
To anyone reading this, your order won’t arrive on time and if you try to cancel they will expect you to take it anyway.
Second issue, card- you are different companies so why would your company track my details? I haven’t given you permission to share these? As far as I’m concerned you were two companies operating with different names it wasn’t until later I realised you were somehow connected when you said there was an issue. So you also think it’s acceptable to give my data and share this with another company? Strange. Would explain all the spammy emails I have had for products similar to yours over the last few weeks.

I ordered a very expensive trampoline from this company that within 12 months the springs have stretched and the trampoline is not usable, not what I would expect from a product that cost nearly £1000. The company are refusing to honour the warranty despite advertising the springs come with a 10 year warranty.
They asked me for photographs of the position of the trampoline and the springs then the reason for rejecting was they said my washing line was in too close vicinity to the netting, and excessive weight, seriously ??? my children are five and eight years old. The trampoline is not a garden ornament, it is purchased solely for bouncing!
I have previously bought much cheaper trampolines that have lasted several years so I would suggest you do the same.

Ordered an £800 trampoline for one of the boxes to be delivered covered in bird poo and ripped at one end.
I made contact with their customer service. They are refusing to replace the box or offer any form of partial refund stating that the contents won’t be damaged. Bird poo can be very dangerous but I’m expected to handle it and also dispose of the box.
I’m appalled that they are taking that stance. It’s absolutely revolting and I shouldn’t have to deal with it when buying a child’s trampoline
