Recently I engaged the company once again for the installation of curtains for my new home. The last time I did so was 6 years ago, and it was purely based on the favourable reviews on the company’s jobs I’d found online. This time I simply contacted the company without a second thought, as I already had a very delightful experience with the company in the last time.
I found that the company has been maintaining its fabulous service all along. Jordan’s response to my approach was quick. He duly raised questions on my preference in various aspects of the job. And he was well prepared for his site visit as always. He brought along a large collection of fabric samples for my consideration and readily gave all-round opinion on each sample of my interest. He offered his perceptive views on different options of setting up the curtains, showing due regard for the environment of my home. Once the fabrics for curtains were agreed, the procurement of the fabrics was immediately arranged. The making of my curtains was completed well on time. For the installation of curtains, Jordan’s team worked fast without rest. They were meticulous in every step of their work. And they finished their job with great care for tidiness and cleanliness of their site of work. The result is that our new home is completely brightened up by the quality curtains installed with a serene and impressive look. I had a great experience with Made Curtains while furnishing my new flat. I ordered voile curtains and curtains for both the living room and bedroom, as well as a sheer roller blind for the kitchen window.

We initially had the living room curtains and the kitchen blind fitted, and I was really happy with both the quality of the products and the installation. When it came to choosing the bedroom curtains, the team was incredibly helpful and patient. They provided several fabric samples and worked with me to find the option that best matched the room and the look I was after.

There were a few issues during the bedroom installation, but what really impressed me was how the team handled them. They genuinely cared about making things right, listened to my concerns, and worked with me until everything was resolved. Their willingness to put things right made a real difference and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one.

The finished curtains and blinds are beautifully made, fit perfectly, and have completely transformed the space. Absolutely best experience ever! We had curtains for 3 rooms made and the curtains themselves are of great quality (there was a plethora of samples to choose from- at least 500 fabrics), the service was impeccable- from when I called, they came to our home the next day, were very attentive to details and when they installed hoovered too. I was so impressed and will definitely recommend Made Curtains to everyone.

Really happy with our two sets of bay window curtains! Made Curtains took the stress out of measuring the bay angles, and the installation service was great. Small issue with the measurement, but Made Curtains corrected it very quickly, highly recommended!

Having experienced the pain of dealing with a huge curtain company previously (Hilarys) and being thoroughly disappointed with all aspects of their service - including the final product - I wanted to go to an independent company for my balcony window.

I spoke to Jordan at Made Curtains about what I was hoping to achieve - privacy whilst retaining light in the room - and he gave me lots of options, but also helped me work through my decision.

The fitters were prompt, very polite and professional - and explained how to get keep my curtain and track in best condition.

From day one, Made Curtains provided a wonderful service. Because I was doing a refurbishment of the flat, I didn’t exactly new when I’d need the curtains installed. Jordan had to visit the flat a couple of times for measurements and to bring me a huge choice of possibilities for fabrics.
