Everything I ordered was not the same as pictures on site. I even told them that I wanted to return items. They said you can't because they were custom made. The quality is horrible. Wish I would've read these reviews before purchasing. They were also rude to deal with. I would recommend paying full price for any of the items you want on the Real sites. They proved to me you really get what you pay for!

The printing quality is awful, the sweatshirt font looked nothing like what was depicted on their website. They do not stand behind their return policy and have horrible customer service. Buyer beware!!

Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Several issues with my hoodie.
1. Images are misleading. They show very clearly heavy cotton hoodies but are printed polyester. Shame on me for not catching this before ordering.
2. It was printed poorly. There was excess black ink smeared all over the white section including a rather large dot. Plus loose strings.
3. The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. When I emailed to get a refund or exchange they refused stating that this was custom ordered despite this being a standard design on their site and the printing errors considered acceptable.
4. And that's without mentioning the shipping. This only shipped when I emailed them after it sat in a staged status for 2 weeks.

Clearly nothing about this site is on the level. AVOID.

I purchased the Marty Supreme jacket in black. The material, print & color is absolutely nothing short of exceptional.
The original size S purchase was extremely short definitely encourage 2 sizes up…im a 5’7 man and fairly thin still a size S fit like a youth small.
The customer service in return & exchange is my highlight. They emailed professionally, promptly & definitely showed care & concern for my satisfaction which has met beyond my high expectations.
Definitely would recommend this seller to my personal friends & family.

False advertising

I ordered the A$AP Rocky "Album Never Dropping" hoodie for my son for Christmas. When it finally arrived, it looked terrible. The screen printing is off center, and the pockets are misaligned so the words don't line up correctly.

Also, the image on the site is clearly of a heavyweight cotton hoodie. What I received is shiny polyester. If you scroll way down to the "product details" on the site, it does say it's made of polyester, so I guess that's my mistake, but the photo is very misleading.

I reached out to them to request a refund, but they refused, citing their return policy (which is clearly written as a defense of their poor quality).

One more thing: the site says "PROUDLY MADE IN USA." If that's the case, why did it take so long to ship from China?

Never received the item I ordered for my son. Reached out and they kept claiming it was delivered. Refusing to refund because they provided a picture of mailbox but no package. Reported them for fraud will be disputing the charge since I never received the item. They ended sending proof for someone else's package delivery not mine. My son's name was on it because it was his birthday gift. Carlos was his first name. Order number 1321.

My daughter ordered a hoodie between Christmas and NewYear as a birthday gift for her bf. It came in about a week ( just in time)and the quality was good. Great customer service. Thank you!

The specialty tee shirt I ordered arrived as expected before Christmas as it was a gift. The logos were bright and sharp, better than I expected. The size and material were better than expected as well. I was happily surprised and appreciative.

Before yoy buy anything from the site, yoy should believe that you gonna be the victim of this shithole. Order will never arrive . Long time waiting until you realized you being scammed. Shut this shit down !

Their customer service is fake. They don’t speak English. Not happy with them.

Absolutely horrible quality, you can tell they just print it off from what looks like Windows Paint and print it on a cheap tshirt or jersey. Delivery was a pain as well. Of course it showed up when I complained. Probably will find a way to scam me out of my refund. Use that 100 dollars to find a new hobby, please.

Scam. Do not trust this company. They are cheapy making items and selling them as the original creators. None of their tracking links work and the items took a month to arrive just to be horrible quality.

Scam. Received a terrible item that was poor quality and damaged and now the company has ghosted me since I told them I wanted to return the item and get a refund not get a replacement. Their return window is 10 days. I emailed the day I received the item and had emailed back and forth and provided all information they requested. It has now been over 4 full days with no response.

The shirt we got is a knock off , not a t shirt, it was not a legit affliction shirt . It came un a plastic bag no tags and they wanted me to send pictures of me measuring the shirt with a tape measure and send the pics back with a picture of the bag which it was a shipping bag I tossed it after I ripped it open.

I was worried when I purchased this sweatshirt because it was so much cheaper than all other online retailers, by like 40%. I thought it might be a scam. I emailed the company of shipment status twice and got a reply both times within 24 hours. The sweatshirt showed up just as they said, it was better than expected, and my son was so, so very happy and wears it every week. BTW, I never write reviews. I just wanted other skeptical buyers to know it was a great experience, and we saved so much money.
