excellent front of house
my initial enquiry was met with a very cheerful and polite young lady called Charlene who was really helpful in my search for a Rental property. She introduced me to Andrew who was equally helpful and polite.
Both delivered on their promises and made the whole process, (first time ive rented), pain free.
both were on hand to answer my questions and concerns and are clearly an experienced team.
i commend them both if you are looking to Rent in the Yateley/Fleet areas.

I needed to find a flat to rent at relatively short notice and Andrew Travers was brilliant from the very first interaction. I looked at the Flat on Saturday and within a few days it had been confirmed. The responsiveness and speed of replies to emails has been excellent both before and after my moving in. Mackenzie were Exceptional as our Estate agents
Mackenzie handled the sale of our purchase, and both Simon (Hook branch) and Sallie (Yateley branch) were fantastic. From the first engagement, the compelling description & photo's of our house, to all the effort that went into both the sale, and following it through to its conclusion. Our sale was met with the usual challenges of a chain, but Simon & Sallie couldn't have done enough to chase and make it happen. We'd highly recommend the company and the staff for all of your estate agent needs.

Regardless of the challenges that the chain presented, we were both very determined to ensure that the transaction was brought to a successful conclusion. We are very glad that you're happy with our service.

Aldershot Branch
Steve, the Manager at the Aldershot branch was fantastic. He is knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely interested in people and their situation. He provided me with sound advice not only on the sale of my property which Mackenzie Smith had been instructed on, but also for a few potential onward purchases which Mackenzie Smith were not involved in. I would highly recommend Mackenzie Smith Aldershot under Steve's management, to anyone. Estate Agents get a bad rap generally but it's been my experience that they have gone above and beyond.
