Hi, thank you for your comments. The type of account that you hold only allows one vehicle to be regsitered against it any one time. We can of course switch your account to a breeze account that would allow multiple vehicles to be registered, but unfortunately, this would not give you the level of discount that you currently have. As an alternative, if you know you are going to be in a different vehicle you can update this at least one hour before travel in your account portal and then change it back.

Absolutely top drawer service
Absolutely top drawer service. I contacted the customer service team about a lost driver’s licence and they responded within a couple of hours saying they had retrieved it.
They’ve since put it in the post and paid the postage!

Hi Simon, thankk you for your comments and I am sorry you experienced issues with your journey. The issues arose from the fact that your were towing a trailer which displayed a different VRN to your vehicle, so understandably, this confuses the ANPR cameras and delayed trip construction.
