Lyca Mobile eSims Don't Work
I signed up for a Lyca mobile plan with an eSim. Unfortunately my phone would not accept the eSim, and after too many attempts to install it the eSim was rendered invalid. I called the helpline listed in my order email but the person who answered was unable to help whatsoever and frankly a little rude. She repeatedly told me that the information I was giving was incorrect when I was just reading off the email. She told me to email the customer support inbox and they would help. It is over a week later and I have not received any help, but I have received two emails telling me to just download the eSim onto my phone. I tried calling the helpline again today, but cannot get through the AI screener. It keeps sending one-time passwords to my eSim, which I cannot access. This has been a giant waste of time and money and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would rate it lower if I could.

That's not called Unlimited Internet
Unlimited should not be like that. There was no information seen when I subscribed the package that it's only 100 gbs and after that there will be really slow kind of internet speed. Atleast write on the app somewhere

Está compañia lo que hace es robar el dinero a la gente. Cómo es posible que tengo la renovación automática y Hoy no tenia saldo en la cuenta cuando se trató de cobrar. Luego le ingresé saldo a la cuenta donde tendo el debito automatico y no existe la forma para que se vuelva a cobrar. Es como si haya Perdido la oportunidad. Luego le meto saldo a la cuenta se laica mobile y se hacen la 23:59 y no se cobra. No entiendo para a está compañia que no da facilitades para resolver un problema.
