The item, a "heavy duty" log splitter was heavily overpriced and with poor build quality. To return an item you need to ship back to China at your expense. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this site.

My order was paid for but never received. I emailed twice and was told it had been delivered, I asked for evidence of this but nothing was produced and tracking number was nonsensical. telephone number was not valid

Items are sent from China and in my case were misrepresented on their website. If you discover a problem with the product they try to first offer you a discount. If you decline you are asked to ship the item to China at your cost. Website claims they are based in the Netherlands - no mention of needing to return to China. Their number is a UK mobile but didn't work when I tried to query my purchase. When emailing, you are responded to by a gmail account as it seems their info email address is inbound only. I have a gut feeling this shop is fully operating from China which is not a bad thing if they are transparent about what they are selling, where it's coming from and the expectations for the customer if they wish to return a faulty item.

Sadly, I only read the reviews about this company and looked into their details after I had ordered lights from them 2 months ago. The website looks very credible. The lights have never arrived and despite email exchanges, similar to those described by others, I have not received a requested refund or my goods. One colour light is no longer available and the other has allegedly been shipped. No tracking information available. Strongly advise against using this company and I intend to report them so that other people are not caught out in the same way.

provide "them , with a tracking number and shipping number , so they do not do not produce more paper."

Told 3 times I could have 10/20/30% refund and keep the item ,( not called the broken item) , or give it as a gift to family or friends .
Website refers on return labels, I have an email stating return label, then told they do not supply return labels .
Claim they cannot open my video they requested
I send , to confirm fault in product .
Anybody wish to form a group and hammer to death this cowboy outfit?/wipe their website!
I guess they are a "Shipping Outfit", hold no stock, operate from Suppliers in China, anything goes wrong , not interested and you pick up the costs .

SCAM!!! Do not buy from this fraudulent company! Took £150 off me! No confirmation email, no order number. Cannot get in touch with anyone from this company! Will be reporting to trading standards.

Absolute scam of a company - do not touch. Ordered lights that were not delivered - after months of endless back and forth emails and being made to run in circles, they are now offering me the pleasure of sending replacement lights for a 50% additional fee. Phone number does not work, company is actually based in china, and customer service is generic template emails. Do not give them your money.

Ordered a set of lights and never received them. When emailing the company I received very random replies repeatedly showing me their shipping policy without commenting on the fact that the time had long past and the items were never received. The tracking number they created does not exist. This is a scam company

Do not touch this company its a total scam , telephone number is invalid and website looks so legit even states secure this is a scam stay away

Please read this and all of the other reviews. The ceiling light arrived in an unlabelled box with no instuctions, screws sticking out of the top of the light, a junction box that was not attached properly and a very cheap and flimsy shade. Very disappointing especially for £50!

Item not as described on website

Returns procedure a nightmare, they insisted on us shipping to China and then claimed they never received the return item and so refused to refund.

Trying to claw money back via bank now. Lesson learned -

Very poor product, tried to organise a return and given an address in China and would have to pay the postage cost for the return which would cost nearly as much as the light I bought. Don't bother with this company.

Bought what I thought was a pair of lovely metal ( I expected titanium) chopping boards. When arrived were nothing like those advertised. Were metal but (from density) were neither s/s or titanium. Were thinner than a credit card and very bendy and had sharp edges ( as if punched out of a sheet). Of course shipped out of china even though company supposedly in Netherlands. Customer Serives did reply to say they would look into it but nothing.

I recieved my light and it's faulty. The fitting does not work so lamp can't be correctly balanced. Tried for several hours before working out the fitting is wrong after watching a video on YouTube. No instruction came with it. No reply to requests to return it . Now attempting to get a refund through my bank £100 and it

Received the item which I didn't think I would after reading these reviews. But the item was a cheap reproduction of the actual light so the quality wasn't good. I've since bought the proper ones and there's no comparison in quality. Now I have the issue of trying to send it back, not a word back from them in order to get a return postage label, no surprise there. Lesson learnt, if something is too cheap there's often a reason for it, and Google reviews before you buy!

Scammers, don't bother. Paid and they sent out the wrong product, then never replied to any messages.

This is a scam company do not be fooled by them. The web site shows Trustpilot reviews but they are clearly false. I order 2 lamps in January 2025 never recived them sent emails and got a couple back saying they are looking into it and then nothing back after sending numerus emails. They also set up a bogus tracking number that never moves from shipment ready to be picked up by courier. Save your self a lot of frustration and look elseware for your lights.

Goods ordered in January but delivered to an address 200 miles away. Email promises of replacement lamps but here we are in April and nothing.

Scam seller. I ordered a branded light, at just a little below the price it is at John Lewis. After 3 weeks a battered box eventually arrived, with no brand packaging or instructions, etc. The light that was sent was a poor imitation of the real item, and was not even complete so it not useable.

No response from my returns email (which is to a gmail address - okanozkannor@ ...).
