Very happy with purchase, fast delivery

Have used this product before ,well pleased with total finish .
Decorated bathroom airing cupboard doors & Vanity cupboard door six years ago still looks brand new and it’s washable
Reason for sending off for another brochure as are in the process of renovating kitchen cupboards
Would highly recommend these paint products

I’ve bought from luxury paints many, many times and the one single time they’ve made a mistake and sent out the wrong paint, I was met with a shocking response. Neither did they go to any effort to reimburse me for additional costs as my painter had used the paint, only a glib ‘oh we’ll send another tin’

This was after numerous phone calls and sending images through. Farrow & Ball would be very disappointed that they are telling their customers that it might be a tint issue. The and written label on the tin was a giveaway!

Having made a complaint, I’ve met with the same long explanations and no effort to make right their mistake other than send another tin. My last purchase.

The paint was delivered on time and the customer service was great.

At first there was an issue with the colour. I go onto Mylands and between us the problem was sorted. Many thanks to luxury paints and Mylands for exceptional customer service.

Order never received couldn't /wouldnt give m a tracking no. Just said it was royals oroblem. This is bad i don't recommend using this company. Others seem to have had similar problems.

If you’re buying Farrow and Ball then my advice is use their own website. I ordered green stone and it was a completely different colour to the first tin of the same colour. They refused to refund ….. and have eventually sent another tin which arrived this morning. They are not easy to deal with at all, Farrow and Ball are much much more supportive and helpful.I won’t ever use them again. The first tin took ages to arrive. Not very happy ….. but have learnt my lesson.
And delivery is a joke! And a nightmare …. buy somewhere else !

I had made a mistake with my order entirely my fault.The issue was sorted out promptly and I have received the paint. Grateful for the firms understanding.
