I bought a fan online

I bought a fan online , been there with code and they told me that the code wasn’t there. They gave it to me in the end anyway, the after 1 hour I wanted a refund and return it as it was a very bad fan but they told me that it wasn’t possible and to contact the customer service which I did but till today, 2 weeks , nobody answered

Complete lack of a timely response

Complete lack of a timely response. I will never order online for a delivery again from the head office. I asked for 24 hour delivery and did this well within the time frame on website. I get a response on email that they will get back to me in 48 hours, 96 hours after my order. It is now almost 120 hours since and I am still waiting. Just go to your local Leyland store and do not engage with the online delivery from the head office. Horrendous!

my order still not available for pickup…

1 July, after my below update, yesterday I received SMS and email which was about my order was ready for pickup. I went to store and I've been told that my order was cancelled, refunded and gladly nobody informed me about this! Perfect process management and effective decision taking...
More interesting thing is that I paid 4 pounds more and bought exactly the same order from the store. Now I am waiting for refund and also explanation about the reason of this extra 4 pounds.

30 June, still no reply from customer service.

my order still not available for pickup from store and you are asking me to rate? hilarious. even your customer service not yet replied to my ticket which also extended 48 hours.

Item still hasn’t arrived which was…

Item still hasn’t arrived which was purchased well over a week ago. Delivery fee paid for was 2/3 days.
Customer service response has been terrible. I have sent two emails which have been met with automated responses and then no follow up has occurred. Really poor service all around.

Didn’t receive any dispatch notice for a week - checked in with customer care who very casually updated that they’re having issues with couriers. I mean, maybe someone needs to get in touch with the customer and issue a refund then??

My local is Notting Hill

My local is Notting Hill. I went in there today and one young guy had so much attitude and when I went to pay he had his hand down the front of his trousers so I refused to let him serve me!

Very disappointed with the support…

Very disappointed with the support service.

I have been waiting for a response for two days, and nobody is actually helping me. I have already replied to three emails, but my issue still has not been resolved.

Instead of fixing the problem, you keep asking me to leave a review. Why does your system show that I can provide feedback when my case is still unresolved?

So here is my feedback: terrible customer support. It has been several days, and nobody has been able to solve my problem. I keep receiving emails, but no real solution. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
