Easy to navigate and responsive

We got back from a visit to one of their Cornish properties around the end of September. The apartment we stayed in was nice however I’ve had real problems with the company since we returned. I sadly left my ring charger in the property we rented which isn’t easy to replace. I emailed straight away to ask if they’d found it and they emailed back to confirm they had. They said they would send it asap but nearly two months later they haven’t returned it and are ignoring my emails. I’ve even emailing every week, even twice a week to see if posted for them to say it will be next day and never is. The charger is new and worth £60 so I’d really like my property back. First time we ever used them and feel disappointed in the outcome.

Luxury Coastal were easy to book with. They sorted out a query I had very quickly. The confirmation and arrival paperwork was very clear.

The online booking was very easy to use & lots of very useful & important info was provided. Excellent locations to suit all tastes.

I wanted to change my arrival date from a Friday to a Saturday. The communication around this was excellent and quickly sorted. I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble.

Spoke to several people at Luxury Coastal who were all very friendly and helpful with our booking. Customer service was excellent. The apartment we booked down in Newquay is wonderful.

Just arrived to find the hot tub is dirty and the table had food on it still. Knives had food on still obviously not washed.

Another excellent stay at the Manor Lelant Cornwall, fantastic apartment, great facilities. I would always stay with Luxury Coastal. Paul, Clare, Stanley and Cooper.

The agent made our booking very easy as we asked to book at a apartment that we stayed at back in 2023. We have relatives in CARBIS BAY, so the property is very close to where they live. There were no problems at all with our requested dates and being asked to pay only a deposit at this early stage was very helpful.
