Answered all my questions in detail. So kind and helpful when I got my dates wrong. Would recommend.

Honestly this company couldn't have done anymore for us. We were let down with our original accomodation via a different company. I then contacted luxury coastal and they sorted us out very quickly. The team on the phones couldn't have helped anymore. They contacted the owner and housekeeper swiftly to answer any questions we had. They even let us leave our broken down car on the drive after we had checked out for a few hours whilst it was collected. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. Thank you

Quick, easy and efficient to book.

Online booking easy, Packed with information and after booking a slight change occurred which was to the property, which didn’t affect us, but was great to be notified to see if this caused us issues offering a solution if it didn’t. Looking forward to our stay.

We did a last minute 2 night stay at saffron lodge. We have stayed on roadford lakes 3 times previously, once in Lily and twice in Orchid and all the lodges do not disappoint. They are very well equipped with everything you need and more. They all have their own unique styles which is great. The only slight criticism would be that the hot tub needs moving round the steps are at the back of the hot tub so you can’t use them and the hood sits right in front of the pond so it totally blocks your view. Other than than 5 *****

This is purely a review of the booking process as our stay is later in the year.
I had difficulty with the the payment portal so needed to call them directly which was very easy and the lovely lady who took my call processed our booking straight away.

Easy website navigation and booking system

The booking was straightforward and they allow you to pay a deposit and additional payments you want to make up until the full balance is due. All at a price that matched booking.com.
Plus they give you more booking managing options and contacts.
Overall I was pleased with the booking process.

Had a great stay and lodge was better than expected. No complaints from me!
