Awful, I ordered the Bella glitter jumpsuit. It’s nothing at all like the advertisement. Cheap material, no glitter on it at all. Tat I’ll never order off them again.

Complete rip off, clearly a huge scam, I ordered 4 Lactose jumpers and all I got was a small card, similar reviews on here. The card is obviously a way for them to say a delivery was made

There is another person on here who has left a almost identical review as mine so looks like this company is has been doing this to other people and it took me ages to find the right company on trustpilot cause there are loads with a simler name and I couldn't find the right company to right a review about,
And every time I message them I get the same message back saying ( I would like to apologize for the confusion in the delivery of your order. Rest assured your order will be with you soon )

And I've had this same reply every time I send a message

I’m still waiting for my package so i can’t give you a quality review. i ordered two sweatshirts on october 22nd. I’m writing this review on november 28th so more then a month since my purchase. my package still hasn’t show up to my address, i wrote thousands of mail to this retailer. don’t buy from them and don’t text them because if you do they will send you a pre-written email instead of actually solving your problem. this company needs to be sued for real.

They sent me the wrong item and refuse to send me the right item. They offer first 25% discount from the shop, then 50% when I said no, and then 75% refund. When I still said no, they just started over again and pretended that I hadnt talked to them for weeks. They also removed the hoodie we actually ordered from their webpage. High level scammers!

Betrug ! Schlechte Qualität und kein retour möglich obwohl versprochen

Scam! The quality is so bad and the colours doesn’t match with the pictures.

Dreadful. Ordered the hoodies (2 for 1) and what I received was nothing like the product advertised. Such poor quality. Complete rip off! Cheap material. Now trying to return them and instead of a refund they’ve offered me a 25% discount off my next order. Seriously? They’re Saying I can give the hoodies to someone else as a gift which means I don’t need to go to the post office and pay shipping costs to return them. Is this for real? I couldn’t give these away and I certainly won’t buy anything else from this place. AVOID buying from this website.

Do not buy!! I bought the leopard print hoodie and it’s gone straight into the bin! Even Pat Butcher wouldn’t wear it 😂

Leider absoluter Scam. Man zahlt viel Geld für ein Produkt was absolut anders aussieht als auf den Bildern und aus China kommt also offenbar noch billig produziert wurde.

Wenn man die (falschen) Artikel nicht behalten möchte diskutieren sie mit dir, du sollst dann angeblich Versandkosten in Höhe von 30€ tragen, obwohl sie den Fehler gemacht haben und nicht ich. Offensichtlixher scam denn sie baten mir stets an noch mal zu bestellen mit 75% Rabatt aber zurück nehmen und Geld erstatten wollen sie nicht.

Finger weg von dieser Website!

Czekałam na paczkę prawie miesiąc. Pisałam maile do firmy z pytaniem co się dzieje i dlaczego trwa to tak długo. W końcu przyjechał kurier i moim oczom okazały się dwie najtańsze chińskie bluzy. Zupełnie inny krój i kolor niż na zdjęciach. Porażka! Zawiodłam się i zrobię wszystko żeby odzyskać stracone pieniądze. Zupełnie nie polecam bo za taka cenę kupię jedna bluzę dobrej jakości a nie chiński badziew

Wish I read the reviews before ordering :(

I ordered a hoodie after seeing it in a Facebook ad, but the product I received was a complete disappointment. The material is very poor quality and looks nothing like what was advertised. It’s really thin and a horrible material! In the ad, the hoodie had stitched tags on both sides, but the one I got didn’t have them at all.

To make matters worse, when I asked for a return, they wanted to charge me £30 for shipping, which is more than the cost of the hoodie itself! Alternatively, they offered me a discount code to buy something else, which I didn’t want.

Overall, this experience has been really frustrating, and I feel misled by the product and their customer support.

Horrendous quality! Ordered biggest size for oversized fit and what came would just about fit a small child! The fabric is cheap nasty stuff! Super thin

Ik bestelde een broek op de website, pas 3 weken later ontvangen en kwam van China. Broek is veel te klein en helemaal anders dan op de foto. Als ik vraag om te retourneren komen ze af met een korting op een volgende bestelling. Retourkosten zouden mij 25 euro kosten. Wat een oplichterij! Ik bestel nooit meer op de website.

The quality of the products is terrible and when I wrote to the email provided to return my product they started offering me offers avoiding the topic and finally told me I had to pay £30 for the rubbish I received

Ik heb een hoodie gekocht met panterprint. De trui komt van China. De kwaliteit is zeer slecht! Het valt ook kleiner uit.

I ordered a gaia dress. It came in 10 days what is very good. I recieved mail corectly. I got what I ordered, dress is very nice.

Leuke plaatjes maar het is allemaal troep uit China! Alles rechtstreeks de prullenbak in kunnen gooien. Voel me echt in de maling genomen hier :-(

i loved the sweaters, i'm definitely buying more, i don't know why everyone is complaining here, my order came within a week and the item is just perfect!
