The bedding is not as described. tried to return but faced a barrage of obstacles from what they claim is customer service
I want to return goods and have a refund, however, they say they have to be shipped to China and will cost £25.00 via Evri who quote £42.71
This company is a scam and should not be allowed to trade in UK and advertise on FB I will be making a formal request to my bank for refund and contacting FB as they need to protect consumers

I received my purchased items quickly and all products are of top quality and look and feel amazing as advertised. I will be buying more from this company and recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase top quality beautiful bedding. Only thing i could say was that i didnt get a shipping update and was worried that my items weren’t on the way when suddenly they arrived at my door and about a week later i received tracking notifications for them despite them having already arrived. I laughed at this but was super pleased when they arrived so quickly before i knew they had been sent!

Highly disappointed. The advertisements show high gloss navy blue and gold luxurious bedding. Instead, the fabric is a regular blue and dull in color. It is NOT worth $300. Shipping for return is over $600 to China and they will also charge massive amount at customs! I wrote "hundred of dollars" in my email. It should have said "hundreds". I went to the DHL website and requested a quote and it said $628.69 PLUS custom fees in China.

Bought the Kate bedding set and was so happy with it that I bought the Maribel set which is also fabulous. Quality is A+ and customer service is excellent. This is also the only company I’ve found that makes extra-extra-large duvet covers (size is “emperor”). Will be purchasing more and recommending to friends.

I ordered my bedding set as it looked amazing on the photographs but when I received it it looked nothing like the photograph, very very disappointed.the colours are totally different although the pattern is the same. It was very expensive and certainly not worth the money. I also ordered 2 extra pillows cases thinking I would get the ones in the photograph but alas no I got 4 identical ones! I emailed them but got zero response won't be ordering anything from them again. The only good thing is the quality that is very good. Don't waste your money go to DUNELM!!

Although the quality of the material is good the pattern size is very disappointing and misleading
You can hardly see it in the bottom left hand corner
I have turned the bedding up the other way and it's not much better
So have paid for a very expensive grey quilt cover

Better than expected considering that nowadays you never know if what you see online is what you'll get.

I wish the free towel would have my initial, but all perfect.

I purchased an item that was not what I expected. I contacted the company in January to initiate a return, and they promptly provided return instructions. I followed their directions and returned the item on time. The package had to be shipped to China, which cost me over $100 out of pocket.

I sent them the return confirmation as requested, but I never received the refund they promised. It has now been over three months, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response. I’m now out nearly $400, with no refund and no way to reach them.

Beautiful bedding, feels so soft. Highly recommend as a returning customer.
And I like the mini free towel everytime, nice touch.

Stunning colors, very vivid. Egyptian cotton is something else, and it's good I can pay in instalments. I recommend this for anyone who does not want to compromise on quality.

This is my first order and I was not disappointed with by bedding. It fits my king bed correctly, I will need to buy some extra sheets and pillowcases - they're beautiful and soft, thank you.

Second set I receive from this company, both are beautiful and soft.

I love the embroidered details and the quality is amazing - I will buy again in a few months.

Better than expected considering I ordered from a facebook ad. Pleasant surprise, we truly like the set.

Love my new duvet set. Looks and feels amazing. Delivery was quick. My duvet came as I would expect a £300 duvet to come. Came in a cute brown bag dust cover and individualy packed cover and pillow cases. Customer service are great, quick response. Thanks 😊

I’ve brought 2 sets so far and they are amazing, Great quality and love that they have zips instead of buttons to do up
I just ordered my third set and made a mistake on size got in contact with customer service and they have changed my king to a super king without any charge straight away best service you could ask for
Would recommend this company to Everybody that wants quality bedsheets with luxury style

This is an edited review of Luxuier. My first post slammed the company hard (one star) for lack of support, poor communication and bad product labeling.
After waking these guy up, they did send my a correctly sized duvet cover (the first one was too big)

Bought bedding that was not described correctly, Measurements are not US king size but European? Sent off the measurements of my Duvet to confirm, Too big, and tried to get help with the issue and plan a return. I was promised a correctly sized replacement, which has never arrived.
Email discussions with "Jennifer" lead me to believe they would make good on my original purchase. NOT.
My original purchase date has since lapsed so a return likely will not be honored.

I have had a number of bedding sets from this company and they are fantastic. The person on the chat line is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I don't believe she is in China even if the bedding comes from there. I have not been able to find such beautiful designs anywhere else and I always look forward to new designs coming out as if they are in my colour scheme I would definitely order more. If anyone has had a problem I really suggest you contact them as they are more than helpful but I stress I have had no problems whatsoever,
