No communication at all to say order was delayed and it still hasn’t been sent out. Was supposed to be a birthday present. Definitely won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Purchased the ottoman ring and a bracelet for my mrs. She was really happy with it, really good quality products at a very affordable price. I absolutely love my ring as I’ve been on the hunt for a nice elegant looking ring for a while that wouldn’t put a whole in my pockets and I got extremely lucky when I came across luxsy jewels.

Unacceptable, impolite & bad business.
I bought two rings & the sparkle is stunning.
I was sad when I noticed a crystal was missing so I contacted customer services. Initially there was no reply so I re-sent the email after a week. I then received a short reply but no apology or acknowledging for the initial nonresponee. I was advised to post the ring via recorded delivery & notify Luxsy afterwards. I did just that but I have yet to hear back.
Regarding the promotions over the festive season, I enquired how to avail the 25% discount as no code was attached to the email! Of course I have not had a message. So far
I’ve sent 5 emails & not one has been acknowledged.
Unacceptable, impolite & bad business. I hope Cherrie will respond to this bitter complaint & send either a replacement ring or my original one, repaired.

Sorry to hear about your experience. We have emailed you and have spoken to you via Instagram DMs and showed you that the emails to your email address kept bouncing. Hence why you couldn't find a reply from us.
However, we did sort the issue out with you in the end and you was happy with us dealing with the matter. We just hope you can reflect it on this review :)
Good store, bad customer service.
Bought a ring, good product. However it didn’t fit and when I emailed customer service to organise a return, I received no reply. Again, a good business but very unreliable customer service. Most businesses have a returns method readily available but if you’re going to request people to email and organise returns beforehand, be reliable.
