Love this product. It did take like two weeks to get. But that's ok. The product works great. I was skeptical at first due to some reviews but decided to trust all the positive reviews. I think it works great and you have to separate hair into small sections. If you get too much hair it sometimes kind of pulls slightly. It did exactly what they said it would. Hair is softer

Long delivery, makes a mess, but overall seems to be a good tool
The delivery took a while. The product seems to work as it should, however, the reservoir doesn’t catch all of the hair pieces, and they end up everywhere. Maybe mine was really in need of this split end tool, but there was A LOT of little hairs all over by the time I was done. My hair seems softer and less thick, so we’ll see if helps promote hair growth and continues to be an effective tool.

Regarding the hair pieces, if there was quite a bit of damage to remove, it’s normal for there to be more trimmed ends than usual. The reservoir is designed to catch most of them, but very fine or lightweight pieces can sometimes escape, especially if the chamber gets full during use. Emptying it midway through longer sessions can help minimize that.
It’s also completely normal for hair to feel slightly lighter or less bulky after removing split ends — that’s often just the damaged thickness being taken away, not healthy length.
As for growth, you’re absolutely right — it helps with length retention over time by reducing breakage. We’re excited for you to continue seeing the results!
No shut off
I like the product itself, however I need to have it replaced or refunded. It doesn’t shut off. There is a power button that should turn it off so when you close it should not run, but it does. There is nothing you can do about it. I had small children around. And they heard it and were curious they would grab it and stick their fingers in there. It just continued to run. You couldn’t do nothing about it. Because there’s no batteries to take out you just charge it. It was very frustrating. It ran for over a week I have not contacted the seller yet. Just because I haven’t had time.

Et super godt produkt
Et super godt produkt. Jeg var meget overrasket. Prøvede den i mit hår og den tog en del spidser og så prøvede jeg den på min datters hår, som er meget mere sundt og den tog meget mindre. Så den tager virkelig kun spidserne.
Det tog lang tid for den at komme frem men det var ok.

Pretty good but..
I bought this because my hair doesn’t grow past my shoulders, and my split ends are very visible. Overall I’m happy with this purchase. But, it doesn’t visibly show a difference to my hair after I use it.
I can definitely see my split ends in the back of the tool after use, but my actual hair doesn’t look smoother. My hair doesn’t grow past my shoulders, so I’ll have to use this long term to actually see if it increases and benefits hair growth.
But overall, I don’t think its worth the $75. Maybe $20.

However, the visible smoothness can sometimes take a few consistent uses, especially if breakage has been ongoing for a while.
Because your hair tends to stop at shoulder length, it’s very likely a length-retention issue rather than a growth issue — meaning your hair is growing, but breakage prevents you from seeing that extra length. Regular removal of split ends can help reduce continued splitting up the hair shaft, which over time supports healthier-looking length.
That said, we completely understand that value is personal, and we genuinely appreciate you sharing how you feel about the price point. Feedback like yours helps us improve and continue refining our products.

It does work great! Love that its rechargeable and not corded. Long battery life as well even when i accidentally left it on! Works best on damp clean brushed hair.

I was very weary about this product from tictok because usually everything coming from China is cheaply made, but this thing is amazing and really does work. I give this 5 stars and would i definitely recommend it.

Took about 12 days to arrive. I used it, it did make my hair feel better by removing a ton of split ends. I don’t think it will permanently remove getting a haircut as it will need to be shaped every once in a while. Overall great product 🙂

Købte maskinen til at tage spaltede spidser, og den er rigtig godt!
Men købte også børsten, men modtog ikke den samme børste, som de have billede af på hjemmesiden:( den er i dårlig kvalitet og uden de små hår mellem de lange børster. Som der ellers var billede af.
Ventede 16 dage på pakke, selvom de skiver på hjemme siden, at der går mellem 7-14 dages levering

Regarding the brush, it should match what is shown on our website. If the one you received is different in design and quality (especially missing the smaller bristles shown in the photos), please send us a clear photo of the brush you received so we can look into this immediately. If it’s incorrect or from a different batch, we will absolutely make this right for you.
As for shipping, our estimated delivery window is 7–14 business days, but depending on customs and courier processing, it can sometimes take a bit longer. That said, we understand waiting 16 days can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience.

Scam did not receive and they kept my money
Terrible company they claim they send it to you but you don't actually ever receive the item and they won't give you a refund. This place is a scam and rip off. I got nothing and Gave luxmend $59.00. Don't waste your money you will not receive anything. The customer service is a joke they just say it was delivered and give you some tracking that is Chinese. They don't even use a real shipping company that actually delivers the item. Luxmend doesn't even tell you they shipped so you can look for it if they really did deliver it where??? No where to be found, not in my mailbox not by my door. No where. I did not and will not get to use this item because luxmend did not deliver my item I paid them for and they don't mind ripping me off and not sending me my item so I can try the product. What a scam and waste of money. Don't send these scammers money, you will not receive anything and not get your money back.
Again The customer service is a joke they just say it was delivered and give you some tracking that is Chinese. I have contacted support 5 times. They will not give me the item. Scam
