My hair feels great! Just a little design issue…
As far as my hair, it feels great! I was actually impressed with how healthy my hair felt afterwards. My curls were more defined without doing anything extra or adding products. I was quite honestly amazed. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the compartment that collects the trimmed hair doesn’t contain the hair very well. I had little hairs all over myself and it would fall out when I would change positions. I doubled checked to make sure it was closed, it was. The hair was coming out from the sides and bottom (where the blade sits). But other than that I am highly satisfied:)

I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and soft my hair was after using Luxmend on just the top layer! The next day it was rainy and humid, and I was essentially frizz free for the first time in years!

Absolutely WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not provide a full refund. The product damages hair. Yes it cuts but it cuts hair. It can NOT specify dead ends from what was healthy hair! 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND OH yeah it’s cheap made ships from China which is NOT stated when ordering either
In response to your reply I have emails that show you will give only a partial refund, you don’t stand behind your product and you push for people to keep it for a small portion of money back. 10/10 would NOT recommend this product nor this company!

That said, we understand that results can vary depending on hair type and how the device is used.
Regarding your refund request, we do honor our money-back guarantee in line with the terms outlined in our return policy. Once the item is returned and received at our designated returns facility, we are able to process the refund accordingly. We also offer refund options.

Worst experience ever. When you purchase they claim 30 day money back guarantee. However once you contact they provide you with an area code in China where shipping is double the cost of the product. So to get a refund you have to spend twice as much. Such a false refund policy. Shoddy product and even worse customer service practices.

I tried the split end tool and it works great. I have even put on my calendar to do again in 6 weeks. Trying to empty and clean the tool has proved to be interesting. If there is a trick to it, please share. There still remains to be quite a bit to be cleaned out, but with the sharp blades, do not know the best way to clean it.

For cleaning, here are a few tips that usually help:
• Make sure the device is turned off before cleaning.
• Open the hair chamber and empty the collected hair over a trash bin.
• Use a small cleaning brush (like a makeup brush or soft toothbrush) to gently sweep out any remaining hairs.
• You can also use compressed air or a cotton swab to remove tiny pieces stuck in the corners.
• Avoid touching the cutting blades directly, since they are sharp.
Because the trimmed hairs are very fine, a few tiny pieces can sometimes stay behind, but brushing it out gently usually removes most of them.

The order took a bit of time to arrive but I used the “hair trimmer “ and I could see immediately an improvement in my hair . It’s a bit messy though cause some of the hair escapes from the container that’s supposed to keep it in . But in general it’s a good and cheap alternative for a hair cut

Horrible customer service
I bought the split end trimmer and immediately used it and my hair is extremely thin so there should have been no issues I also did very small sections and it just ripped my hair out so I contacted the company for a refund I had deleted my email so I went on to my shop account because I had to purchase receipt on there I contacted Luxmend and told them that I wanted a refund because of the issues I had they asked for information I gave them all the information and they proceeded to tell me that I did not buy it from their website but my receipt clearly says their website so I try to emailing them back and I have been ignored the entire time so I would rate it zero Stars if I could just based on the customer service it says that there's a full refund guarantee but yet they just ignore you so they don't have to give it back to you horrible service

Have used the product once. I think it works good. Just wish there were more detailed instructions. I was very confused on what and how I should be using it. Ended up looking up videos of others using it to figure it out.

So far it works well
I've only used it once so far, but I definitely notice results. I wish it came with real instructions though. It comes with a small paper woth a qr code and it just seems to give helpful hint, but no absolute recommendations. It makes it seem cheap, which then really made me worry about it ripping all my hair out (which did not happen)
