Attentive Staff

Alex was with me for over 30 minutes answering all my questions. Have been using their mattress for around 3 years now, very satisfied with the quality and their customer service

I just want to thanks AHMER and the person who recruited AHMER for this job.. he is a mind blowing person by his honesty and experience....he deals and advised me to buy majestic 11000 mattresses as i was so confused at that time to buy which one..I just tell him my concern and he suggested me very well accordingto that...I m very much impressed and happy to have this mattresses after so many searches..now at last I got the best mattresses from last 6 years..I recommend everyone to try at least one time luxe brand mattresses from one and only a genuine honest person named as AHMER....thanks luxe and AHMER for this suggestion......

Luxe scammers…

I purchased a mattress from these croocks on this website whereas the item isn't delivered but on tracking showed delivered by luck I paid with klarna but I emailed these company to cancel my order because of not receiving email reply I called the company and this guy spoke harshly with hostility when I told him I will go to Ombudsman he said go to t courts I don't care but when I seriously told him I will ask klarna to intervene he still wanted 15 pounds off from full refund then I told him I will report on Trust Pilot a Ombudsman he was ready to cancel. I asked him for my account password which was working untill I paid but didn't work when I wanted to cancel. He gave me another website to cancel and he asked to sign up on there but even that didn't work then he said I will cancel from my end and send you email confirmation of cancellation I said OK send me email of cancellation. The email of cancellation was from Luxe mattress but you all know Klarna was asked funds for this purchase of my luxe mattress from Next millionaire and I don't know who is selling online mattress from next millionaire
I have raised scam report and cancellation of order on their website. They have told me to was for 7days. Imagine buying online has become a nightmare.
Google must stop advertising for scammers. I am going to take further steps if this scammed thinks of cheating me. One more thing I tracked this on one of the luxe my email it shows as delivered whereas I never received anything yet from this scammed also I have other emails as proof of evidence to prove it. If at all they think too smart of themselves I have security cameras all around me to show when did they deliver?
The 2 mattresses i never said were cancelled or returned i purchased from Argos and from another provider they are here in my house and both were sold with positive reviews on their sites after using i regret buying thats what I told your guy. That's why it's always better to look before purchasing a mattress because you end up buying rubbish towards the end.
And you mentioned about reviews why would I give reviews online it's my wish because of my fake words another person will buy something and regret. I use trust pilot when something goes really wrong.

Hi, my name is Garret, Resolution Manager.

Normally, when a customer has a bad experience, we apologise. However, after reviewing the full situation and listening to the call recordings, we will not be apologising for claims that are not accurate.

On the first day, Mr. Roman spent 32 minutes explaining our mattresses and policies, including our 14-day 100% refund trial and 100-night exchange. You mentioned you had already returned two mattresses elsewhere. The next day, at around 8:00pm, you called to cancel. Our helpdesk agent calmly directed you to our dedicated claims portal - claims.luxemattresses.co.uk - which handles refunds and cancellations. Our main website, luxemattresses.co.uk, is for purchases only.

Helpdesk staff do not have authority to issue refunds directly; they guide customers through the correct process. It was clearly explained multiple times that once the cancellation was submitted, a 100% refund would be processed within 2–3 working days. During the call, immediate refunds were demanded, a manager was requested outside office hours, and legal threats were made. Our staff remained calm and professional throughout.

Regarding the £15–£18 mentioned: when orders are placed via Klarna, they charge the vendor approximately 4.5% in fees. The amount we receive is lower than the total paid. This was being explained - not deducted from you. A full refund of £289 has been issued from our side. If there is any discrepancy in what you receive, Klarna must be contacted directly, and we will provide full evidence confirming the 100% refund was processed. Helpdesk staff cannot deduct or retain funds, and they are not authorised to adjust payments.

Regarding delivery notifications: we operate five automated stages - Processing → Prepared → Sent to Warehouse → Scheduled for Delivery → Delivered. Three separate departments are involved, and no one can manually mark an order as delivered without it passing through each stage. All emails are system-generated and cannot be overridden.

To summarise: the order was cancelled and the full refund has been issued in line with our policy.

We will not accept disrespect toward our staff. They are doing their jobs and following company procedures, and they deserve the same respect they give to customers.

We encourage readers to review the reviewer’s profile and note how many positive reviews they have written compared to how many established businesses they have labelled as “scams.”

The matter has been resolved.

Had to return, not fully reimbursed

We ordered a medium firm mattress that was way too soft, bulky, and heavy. We considered an exchange but 1) we had to pay extra even for the same model because their prices increased and 2) if we didn't like it we would be stuck with it. Hence, we decided to return and seek full reimbursement as advertised. Scheduling the return was a pain (they gave us "Saturday or Sunday" as the time window; we had to call on Saturday to get a narrower slot). We did everything as requested but somehow received a reimbursement for £13 less than what we paid. I've been trying to contact them to at least get an explanation but no success. It seems quite arbitrary and petty, and I wonder what game they are playing. I wouldn't recommend a vendor like this. Also, more generally, I wouldn't recommend buying a mattress off the internet at all. It is so subjective that it's best to try it in person.

We do our best to provide highly detailed product descriptions on our website, including dimensions, weight, construction, and thickness, to help customers make an informed decision before purchasing. After an order is placed, we also send a short questionnaire about sleeping preferences and body weight so we can ensure the mattress is as suitable as possible. However, comfort is subjective, and occasionally we may not get it exactly right, which is why we offer both a 14-day full refund policy and a 100-night exchange plan.

Our return process is designed to be simple. Customers can submit a return request directly through our dedicated portal at claims.luxemattresses.co.uk, without needing to email or call. As a growing business receiving a high volume of daily emails (many of which are automated marketing messages), the portal ensures every claim is logged and processed efficiently. Once submitted, we assess the request, approve it if there is no damage, and schedule collection. An email confirmation with the collection date and time window is sent prior to pickup.

Regarding the £13 difference in refund, certain service add-ons such as upstairs delivery, room-of-choice delivery, mattress recycling, or third-party courier service fees are non-refundable, as these charges are paid directly to logistics providers and are not retained by us. From our side, we always initiate a 100% refund of the mattress cost itself. If there are any concerns specifically related to the payment transaction, our payments team can assist at payments@luxemattresses.co.uk.

We sincerely apologise if any part of the experience felt frustrating, including the mattress weight. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re continuously improving our communication and service processes.
