I ordered from Luxcaseworld in February, sent several emails to this fraudulent website, received no response, and never received my order. Please don't order from this website; it is fraudulent

They are scammers; they never sent me anything order 02/03/2026

I ordered jan 1 and didn't receive my product and all they keep saying is it is customs and still in transit. Do not buy they are scamming people.

I ordered twice a phone cover paid twice and never sent me the correct size ! They are not even answering my E Mail or my text . Do not buy from them they are not at all reliable

I ordered from Lux case world on february 3rd and till this day I have not received my cellphone case and purse. I went to check on the status of my order and the website is down. Becareful I do believe this is a fraudulent site and positive reviews are from them.

I have not had any issues. I've ordered 2 times with them and the quality was great and the delivery was fast.

I purchased 2 items and although the delivery time was extremely long, the items were just as I expected. I would purchase again.

I have placed 2 orders from this company without any problems. The shipping time is lengthy since they are across world from me but I have contacted them via email and wassup and they always respond. The Samsung case I ordered always gets so many compliments. I have no complains about this company.

I ordered a LV phone case from SP luxcaseworld Kington GB on November 10, 2025. No tracking no phone number to call. Th Ed money was taken immediately. I really want my phone case. Haven’t received any notification or anything.

I put my order 3 days ago. They took the money but no confirmation or tracking number. I’m stupid to believe that this site is legit.

I received my bum bag/travel shoulder bag. It is so cool. Made well. No problem with site at all & I have ordered twice and also received a discount code for next order. They do take awhile to arrive.

I ordered a case for my iphone but never received it….

I made a purchase a few months ago for a little bag that I wanted to take on holiday with me because it would’ve been an ideal and I used it for the first time and all I put in there was my phone my purse and it ripped down the side I’ve got in contact with them and they said because I’ve had it over a month, but I haven’t used it until now they said there’s nothing they can do about it. They offered me 20% discount only for my next order which I will not be purchasing effort again.

Ordered a lovely Loewe beach bag and it arrived this morning. Absolutely over the moon with it. It’s exactly what it said it was online. And when you pay so little for it, what do people want??? I’m extremely happy with my purchase and I WILL be ordering from them again soon 💖

I was charged 2 1/2 months ago for the product but I've never received it. It has shown as "shipped" from Inglewood, California with no delivery date. I've attempted to contact them twice with no response. I'm now proceeding with declining the payment with my credit card company. TOTAL SCAM.

SCAM don’t buy from this website .I placed an order through an online app/store and was charged for the purchase. The merchant provided a tracking number, but the tracking has shown no movement or updates for over 10 days, and I have not received the product.

Complete scam. They take your money and reassure you the items are on their way. Slimeballs. Had to work my credit card company to put complaint in.

Scam. Never received anything. Only excuses
