Do not use this company
Do not use this company, they say they charge you £40 for a return if u use their company, so I did a return it with a private courier and they lied and said I have to still pay the £40, please refund me the £40 as I didnt use yr return service immediately. Total scammers stay clear, reporting them to the trading standards

The £40 referenced is the original delivery charge, which is non refundable as the delivery service had already been completed. This is clearly outlined in our returns policy and was also explained during your return process.
You chose to arrange your own courier, so no return collection fee was charged by us.

This shop is a hidden gem- I come here most Saturdays with my mum and cannot leave without buying something as the quality of the products are so well priced for what you are getting out of it. Such a great experience the manager is very welcoming and friendly and always has a smile on her face. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Clevedon 10/10 would recommend

Avoid to buy from them.After a year and a month, a dining table that cost me £230 started peeling. They told me it wasn't covered by the warranty because it was a month past the one-year mark. I think IKEA has better quality

Great service from lush interiors and the team, starting from Adam all the way to the fitters. Even accommodating very last min request and still delivering before the deadline. Amazing beds and mattresses and very responsive and accommodating throughout the whole process. Definitely the go to place for all things furniture!

Great Customer Service
Ordered 4 bar stools, 6 dining chairs and a table from Lush Interiors and overall had a great experience.
The table initially arrived with a few blemishes on the surface, but as soon as I raised it with the team, they were quick to respond and arranged a replacement without any hassle. The issue was handled professionally and efficiently, which I really appreciated.
Special mention to the delivery team as well, absolutely spot on. Polite, professional and careful throughout.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company deals with them that matters, and they resolved it quickly. Very happy with the end result.

The dining set is beautiful
The dining set is beautiful; however, we noticed a dent on the dining table on the day of delivery, prior to any use, as well as several other cracks. We were unable to report this immediately as we were preparing for our holiday.

Lovely bar stool
Lovely bar stool, very quick delivery, but I was not happy with the delivery , as the van pulled up to deliver them, he literally through them out the back of the van, I said be careful plz, his response was they are very well wrapped, as I opened the box to check them they were only in a soft wrap, luckily no damage to stools.
