Luscombe & CO Anmeldelser

Best agency in Newport - people with big hearts and amazingly competent agents. I rent with them for more than 6 years now and I would not change that. My usual communication is with Lauren - she is great - always helpful, answers on time, and always giving correct information.

First class service by well run and professional company. I have worked with Luscombe & Co for over 16years and have received consistent helpful support over this period. All the staff are helpful and responsive making sure the process works well.

It's a pleasure to recommend our letting agent. I always received quick replies to my questions, which made the entire process feel smooth and efficient., their communication was always kind and patient. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the tenancy agreement and were incredibly understanding and helpful whenever I had a concern.
a stress-free experience from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent who is both professional and caring.

I want to say a huge thank you to Lauren at Luscombe & Co for her incredible support in helping me secure a tenancy in Newport. This was my first big move away from my family in London to South Wales, and Lauren made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. She kept me updated every step of the way with regular phone calls and emails, and was always friendly, understanding, and accommodating. I’m truly grateful for her help and the fantastic service from the entire team. Thank you all so much!

Excellent letti g agents, always available and helpful if I have any issues, Lauren has been amazing wirhany queries, I would recommend them.

Very slick and professional experience.

Been renting from them for around 5 years and no issues. Quick to send people out for maintenance issues, good communication (particularly from Lauren and Felicia) and always try to accommodate your needs for inspections and surveys. Only marked down slightly because I took a day off work for an inspection one time and they didn't turn up, but mistakes happen.

Lauren deserves a pay rise very helpful! 10/10 Service
