From the moment we arrived Joshua and his team were brilliant from early check in to a late check out and with young children this was greatly appreciated The house was in a great location 10 minutes from the beach and close to all amenities The pool was like our own private pool and the balcony had all day sun The house was very spacious for a family of seven Could’ve find any faults with Lupain and can’t wait to book with them again

Lovley apartment great location everything you need from walking distance the only thing that I was disappointed with is that the balcony gets absolutely no sun day or late evening however Joshua was very helpful would definitely book again

I have used Lupain Properties for several years when coming to La Caleta in Tenerife and have always had a fantastic holiday experience. Ann is wonderful and ensures that everything is taken care of. Would highly recommend. The apartment that we stay in La Caleta is beautiful and the resort itself its stunning. Cant rate Lupain Estates highly enough.

From the first moment we told them our expectations, to the last moment when everything was finalized, the whole process was perfect! Everyone was super friendly, with smiles on their face and especially huge thank you to our agent Gudrun, who was responsible for us, and was able to answer to all our questions with utmost professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge. We stayed at a holiday let apartment managed by Ann and her team. The apartment was in Victoria Court 1, it was nicely fitted out with all the essentials needed for a good holiday as a couple.

We booked this trip prior to covid but unfortunately were unable to travel on two prior occasions. Ann was outstanding in honouring the booking. A couple of our friends had booked privately with owners in Cristian Sur who failed to honour their reservations, the moral of the story is book direct through Lupain property. This is the second time that we've used Lupain and we couldn't recommend their professionalism and going that extra mile enough. We will certainly be using them in the near future and just would like to say thank you to Ann and the team.

Just back from a delightful 16 days staying at cristian sur complex,Tenerife,the apartment is clean and modern in a spectacular location close to beach,shops and restaurants,our host Ann was brilliant, nothing is too much trouble should you need her.cant wait to return.

I want to thank here Victor and the whole team, I have excellent expirience with agent Daniel - he helped me with his dynamic, productive and realible approach to purchase my new studio apartement and also with the accountant Bernardo who helped to finalize the whole thing. Its really not easy to find on Tenerife people you can trust (yeah, on my Tenerife studio apartement I spent my life savings and this is already something you need to be helped by the right people to avoid scammers (Daniel saved my ass from one dodgy seller - thank you!!!)

Lupain helped me to find a lovely apartment and especially Milena was most helpful. She guided me through the different possibilities for apartments and helped throughout the process. She was always available via phone, even on weekends and late evenings. Also, the contract signing etc. was efficient by the office.

Used Lupain properties before, always got great service, feedback, sold two properties through them, they basically do everything for you, just had to pick up the cheques. Would thoroughly recommend them
