I visited the Tudor Boutique in Belfast with a friend a few times over the period of around a six weeks while working onboard a ship which docked there occasionally.

Every time we visited, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating, regardless of whether we expressed explicit interest in making a purchase on the given day or not. They always had great recommendations of local pubs and places to visit and the whole atmosphere was very genuine and personable.

When I did end up making a purchase, the experience was very smooth, relaxed and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision either way, something I have felt previously in other establishments.

I couldn't be happier with the service here and would recommend Lunn's to anyone, whether browsing or ready to make a purchase.

I’m absolutely blown away by the service of Lunns Belfast after collecting my father’s watch, which had been waiting in Lunns safe to be collected after a service for 30 years!!! My dad passed 26 years ago, I never knew his watch was in Lunns until my mum found a receipt, I cannot express how grateful I am to have a piece of my dad back and for the Roslyn at Lunns helping to find the missing watch. I recently visited your Victoria Square store looking for a special gift for my husband's 50th birthday. From the moment I arrived, I received outstanding service.

Liam greeted me and took the time to guide me through a selection of beautiful TAG Heuer watches. His knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. He carefully explained the different options and helped me choose the perfect watch for my husband, who was absolutely over the moon with his gift.

Around a week later, we returned to the store to have the watch adjusted, and on this occasion we were looked after by Luke. Once again, the service was exceptional. Luke was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring everything was adjusted perfectly and that we left completely satisfied.

Both Liam and Luke are a credit to your store. Their expertise, professionalism, and outstanding customer service made what was already a very special purchase an even more memorable experience. I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to them both for their help and for making my husband's 50th birthday gift so special.

Bought an engagement ring from Lunn’s and had a great experience. Martine was brilliant—really knowledgeable, helpful and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Aaron was a true gent in the Tag shop from when I entered. I visited a number of times and never felt under any pressure to purchase. I was clear on my budget and he was excellent at finding me exactly what I needed.

I went into Lunns Queens arcade this morning, urgently needed 2 new spring bars in my Omega Seamaster.
Normally this take a day or two as there busy- but i explained i needed it today and the Lady ( and she was a Lady), took my watch and spoke to the watchmaker, and she told me to come back in 2 hours which i did.
They got the bars in and was SO PLESENT to deal with, and was offered tea or coffee- these are lovely touches tha add to their uniqueness!
So i cannot thank these people enough and i am very thankfull that they were willing to sort me out!

This morning I arrived in time for a 10.30am appointment with an assessor who was to give me a price for selling a gold diamond Rolex watch and using the money to buy another piece of jewellery from Lunns.
A young lady gave me a cup of coffee and disappeared with my watch 20/25 minutes later told me the assessor was in a meeting. ( why was I given an appointment with him when he had another meeting on in the first place?)
She then asked if I had any shopping and could come back later. We arranged 12noon.
I again arrived on time. This time she took my watch plus paperwork and again I waited another 20 minutes. The assessor with whom I was supposed to have an appointment did not deign to come out to see me. He told the young lady to give me a his offer. It was ridiculously low. … and the final insult to a completely wasted morning.
