I was looking around for a proxy service that could buy items from Japanese auctions and ship them to me in Europe. I was very surprised when i found out that all proxy services would decline buying and shipping airsoft guns and by looking around on the internet i stumbled on Lunarcat and they were clear about the fact they were specialized in buying and shipping items that other proxy services wouldn't dare touch (including airsofts). Site is very easy to use, you simply have to find the product you want, put the link (and maximum bid you can put for the auction) then they will purchase it or put your bid for it. Customer support is very good and i insist on this part, VERY GOOD. I had multiple questions about throughout the whole process and they always were there to answer to me about potential issues with shipping and such, they collected my 3 items i asked for them to put and ship them together, received them straight from Japan not even 3 days after (the whole process took 13 days, from registering to receiving the products).
If you need to use their services you will really not regret it. Top level service all accross

lunarcat company was very communicative and very professional with my order. It was an event order from Osaka and they were always updating me on the process and answered all my inquiries , being very patient. The package and one item had a bit of an issue when it arrived. After contacting them , they provided me with compensation and were very professional about everything.
