Lunarcat is the first proxy service I've ever used, and overall it was an amazing experience. I wanted to purchase merchandise from FINDME STORE's THINKR, but they don’t officially ship overseas.

I bought some items that didn't fit into my luggage and one (model gun) that would have been a hassle to take through customs in a country that wasn't my final destination. It was extremely last minute, but lunarcat responded immediately and was able to help me forward my items! They helped me every step of the way and even helped figure out the most cost-effective shipping option. My packages arrived quickly and were packed with so much care. It was really nice being able to not worry about any paperwork. They were super communicative throughout the entire process which I think puts them miles above many other proxies and forwarders. Fees are super reasonable as well. I'll be using lunarcat again in the future :)

I discovered Lunarcat Company through an internet thread for proxies. The item(s) I wanted were only available in Japan so I reached out privately to inquire about their services. Their response times are highly commendable and would kindly explain/answer any questions I had. The pricing is affordable (we're in that tariff era) and the process could not have been any easier with their website.

Had a good experience with lunarcat. Our product was very fragile, more than half of them arrived broken but lunarcat made it right for us and provided us options how to make it right. They're very easy to talk to and very understanding. Definitely recommend for any of your Japan needs!

I was looking for a proxy service that could buy me items in advance for very anticipated items from Pokemon Center, Lunarcat updated me, they got my items within 5 mins. Surprising because items were already out of stock, I'm glad they could buy the items before that! Everything was packed perfectly, would recommand Lunarcat 100%.

I had a very positive experience with Lunarcat for in person (offline) shopping services in Japan. For me personally, they couldn't find the items I wanted at one store. They were quick to communicate and refunded me the fees, even though they still went and looked for it. I found the items at another store and placed another order with them which went smoothly. They have great friendly customer service so I'll be definitely using their services in the future.

This sounds silly, but the Cat, has misplaced his favorite toy.... This little Giraffe that makes a little chirping noise.

The Cat was - Devastated. We flipped the house upside down. The recovery mission sadly, was unsuccessful.

In the search for a new Giraffe, we could only find them for sale in South Korea. I attempted to order myself and have it shipped to San Diego, but that was a No-Go.

Lunar-Cat stepped in, placed my order and in very short order, we have successfully replaced The Cat's favorite toy! (Plus a back-up!)
