WARNING: NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

In December 2016 I ordered two black dresses for my granddaughters.
They arrived like two rags in a plastic bay. Very poor quality fabric, very
thin and flimsey. LuLuGal advertises 30 day returns, In reality, this is
not true. It takes days to reach them after you apply for a ticket. They
tell you postage is expensive, twice the value of the items. It is even
difficult to get their return address.
They offered a $10.00 refund and to keep the unwanted dresses, of which I paid $36.12.
This is a joke. Now it is March and I am still working on my refund with
PayPal. I will never purchase anything from LuLuGal or any of the many similar websites.
If you choose to deal with this website, it is at your own peril.

Do not deal with this company unless you want to lose money. Their sizes do not run true, and their returns/exchange policy is absurd. You need to ship back to China, which would cost more than the items, and they have a 25% restock fee! Never heard of this in the clothing business. I'm our over $50 and numerous attempts to contact and communicate with them have been worthless. They are in China, so you wait days to hear back from "live chat", and they don't seem to grasp English well. Total frauds.

This company is a fraud! The product, a swetter i ordered took 3'weeks to arrive. It was in the wrong size. Very poor quality, sleaves shorter and disproportionate. I want to return but I can not acces their return site. It does not work and by phone is impossible they give an international number. This is a Chinese fraudulent company and I am reporting to better business beaureou. I may have lost 40.00 but they will loose more. Their reputation. I'm warning all my 458 friends in Facebook and having them pass the word around. If they are honest they can contact me and send me a return label and refund my money. Bad company.

My order didn't ship for a month, because of the Chibese New Year. It would have been nice to know that before I placed the order. It arrived pretty quickly after the got it in the mail, but the quality didn't live up to my expectations. I ordered a jacket that is very thin and the button holes are barely big enough for the buttons. And, the for runs very, very small.

Items are complete garbage and sewn so they are not even wearable.
Returns must be sent to China at your high $ expense. They know most people will not do that, and even remind you of the high cost when they offer you a store credit for a lot less than you spent. They have your $ and you have no recourse.
I only received 2 of my 3 items, but they still offered me a $20 store credit on a $77 purchase. When I refused that, they offered $35. Again I refused.
Working with PayPal now but they are not helping much as far as getting my $ back.I have been fighting this for almost 2 weeks.

The dress was nice, but the size was off. I tried to make a return, but was unable to contact the company. I tried online, but was told I was using a wrong order number. When I used the help app I was told that I had no order. I tried the two phone numbers, but they wouldn't go through.

There is no label in the clothing, so you can't check that they have sent the correct size. Many, many people complain the sizing is too small....I believe they make only one size and sent it out to everyone. So, smaller women are happy with the fit, anyone larger gets the option of sending the item back to China (at huge expense) and then getting a 60% refund, or giving up and never buying from them again. It really is a scam....buy at your risk and be prepared to own something of dubious quality that might fit the child next door.

Bought a suit, very thin and poor quality, when I wanted to return it, I was told I had to pay the shipping fees. $85 to ship a product to China that has to be paid by me! Claimed back my money using paypal. It took time and effort but there was no way a company like that was going to have one cent of mine!

The fit of the clothes is not true to size. It took 4 weeks to receive my order.

All of the bathing suits were wonderful. The dresses, just what I wanted but, a little snug. I will order size up next time but I am so happy with my order!!! Tracking was great too

If I could give negative stars, I would. BEWARE. It takes a while to get the merchandise and then the sizes are WAY off like a XXL is maybe an adult small or smaller in all three items I ordered. The quality is garbage. If you want to return them, shipping costs $60+ for large envelope size from the US and then they only want to give you back a 60% refund. This is obscene! Please don't waste your time or money.

I ordered a bathing suit and the item was exactly as shown.

I have ordered from here 3 times and is pleased with all my purchases. They fit just right and the material is so comfortable. I love the way they fit because I am a plus size and clothing sizes vary. So far, so good with my past orders

This is my favorite place to shop online. The clothes are beautiful, excellent quality and very, very affordable. It is very hard to get cute tops when you are a plus size woman but your store has a wide selection
