Purchased 2 bathing suits. Both fit well to my surprise.

I ordered this coat 2 months ago. Didn't realize they had to make it and send it from China. Looks very cheap and home made. Not sure they pressed the seams and hem even. Pockets are in the seams so they end up towards the back of the coat. The sleeves are knit as well as the collar. That part is pretty good quality. May have to remake this coat. Can't wear it as is.

This company is horrible! The products are being shipped from China and sizes are way smaller then stated. If you try to exchange or return your item as it is stated in their ad free easy returns. That is a complete lie it cost a fortune to ship it back to China then they say that they will still keep 60% of it for restocking fee and that shipping is so expensive they tell you you might as well order a new item throw out the one you got suck up the cost and they might give you a discount on your new one

This company is just HORRIBLE! It honestly deserves no stars. I never write reviews, but I am compelled to do so because I am so appalled by this company and they way they conduct their business.
They sent me a severely damaged blouse with a hole in each shoulder. I contacted them immediately to return it and get a refund (the blouse was so poorly made, that it was not worth getting it fixed). I have been going back and forth with them trying to resolve this issue. I wanted to send it back, but they told me they would only refund me 40% because 60% would be used for the cost of shipping. The website says they give 60% back and use 40% for shipping. But before that offer, they offered to give me 20% off my next purchase with them. Well, since I plan on never purchasing anything from them again, I don't need 20%. For the past 2 weeks I have been going back and forth with them. When I agree to one of their offers and ask how to go about it, they don't answer me and only provide me with another crappy option. It's not about the money at this point, it is about the principle. I have NEVER come across such poor costumer service and business practices. I know I should just give up the fight because it's honestly not worth it. But, if I can stop someone from purchasing something from them (by the way, the items look NOTHING like they did online), and stop them from getting an ounce of business, I will be satisfied. Costumer satisfaction is not in their vocabulary!

(EDIT) - They've change their name to Liligal but they're fooling no one!!!

I ordered a jacket as per their sizing chart. It fits my twelve year old daughter!!!!
I complained and they said they'd accept the return and pay for the postage.
Now that I have posted it they are refusing to pay for the postage even though it's their inaccurate sizing chart that is to blame. They are saying the sizes are for asian woman who are smaller and so European and US women should order two sizes bigger! Their chart converts into US, European and UK sizes!!!!! What's the point of the conversion chart if it's woefully inaccurate?
Total crap - do not buy from these rip-off merchants.

They sent me a coat with buttons but with no button holes to close the coat and a huge bathing suit. Asked me to send photos when I requested returns. I did so promptly and then again. Haven't heard back in over a week. I made sure before I placed my order that returns are acceptable. Obviously they do not stand by their product no matter what. I would never buy from them again.

Took a month to receive a top. Way too small. Cannot get an address to return it or any help! My "bag" that it came it says it came from Shanghai China. Total waste of money. Will never order from there again.

I am disappointed with the dress bought it was not like the picture at all i bought it with a special occasiion in mind and now i will have to buy somethung else therefore added expense money i dont reallly have

I tried to get a refund on 2 damaged swimsuits and did everything I was told to do. I made a ticket and never heard back. Very disappointed and would never order again from you. I am also going to post this on social media. Customer service is horrible.

Ordered three bathing suit's and all three are beautiful and fit perfect!!! My only complaint was at the beginning when I ordered my first one it took about a month to get but when I ordered my second and third one I got them within two weeks very very happy!!

Fit was correct, great price for the quality. Quality is great! I love my swimsuit. Shipping was fast, considering it was international.

I received my item that I purchased not as shown and not as described and not the exact size when I asked to return it or exchange it they told me oh make some measurement to your large so we can correct it. That's there job they should have covered that not me they are in the business not me and I won't do it if they are not paying me for it. To top it off if I return it it will have to be out of my pocket and they will deduct the shipping fees out of the price I paid. So long story short I will never shop with them and warning to everyone stay away.

Comprei um casaco. O tamanho não era o meu mandei para trás e nunca mais consegui uma resposta aos meus muitos mails. Ficaram com o meu casaco e agora querem que compre outra coisa com um desconto. Eu apenas quero trocar um tamanho por outro. Com todas as fraudes que se podem ler dos diferentes clientes acho que, quem de dever, já devia ter tomado medidas para fechar esta empresa antes que mais pessoas sejam enganadas e obriga los a devolver o dinheiro gasto pelos clientes enganados ou obriga los a satisfazer as respectivas compras.

I'm embarrassed to say that I've also fallen into the same situation as the others mentioned . Still working with PayPal to resolve but more importantly they should no longer be allowed to be trading.. simply return policy nope , only refund 60% of the original price, will do everything they can to deter you from returning product including offering 10% refund and keep the product. It's crazy! Amazon, pinterest, visa , eBay , Facebook and PayPal please do not endorse this company .. your customers will end up being robbed.
