Great service. I bought twice the same gear, they reimbursed on the same day. Great communication, fast delivery, happy with my gear. Happy to recommend!

The product is great but communication was very poor.
I chose Lucky Elephant as the web site stated it was in stock. Once ordered and confirmed I heard nothing, after a week I chased it. "Its on back order with Fairtex", is all I received.
3 days later I get a fedex email, its in THailand.
If you don't have stock be upfront about it. Took 2 weeks, my daughter was disappointed and I would have gone elsewhere that had it on 1 week delivery.

Quick delivery at a decent price that was the cheapest on the internet.

I purchased an expensive pair of Fairtex boxing gloves, mainly because of the stunning purple colour, but also due to the Fairtex brand being well known and reputable. But when they were delivered the gloves were more pink/plum and nothing like the purple colour as advertised.
The seller refused to pay for my return postage despite the fact it was clearly a fault of their own that the gloves were not the colour advertised in the pictures on their website. I sent multiple photos clearly showing the differences between the product they advertised and the actual product I receiced.

At first I was a little unsure as I couldn't find much info on the company, but found some nice gloves at a good price with free delivery so took a punt. Also, I wasn't aware that the goods were being shipped from Thailand until the order went through (I'm in UK). But everything arrived within 5 days of ordering and I love the gloves so all is well. Would use them again for sure.

They gave me amazing free Fairtex shorts which came fast and In good conditions and also bought some gloves from the website which was easy to sort and came withing a couple days and free hand wraps! There community is amazing and will definitely be purchasing more from them
