They use Jumio, who I have an account with and have used in dozens of other sites with actual ease, suddenly here I’m not. My account WAS showing “photos poor quality” reverify. I went to customer support, they did respond immediately I’ll give them that, they’re Johnny in the spot with the preset KYC chat button and everything. By far the worst experience I've had with sweeps casinos. It's taken almost a week to be verified. I finally put in a claim for $200. The next day they tell me My claim was denied because I can only withdraw $100. So I put in a claim for $100 and it comes back denied again. So now I'm absolutely furious.
