6/23 UPDATE: This is an update to my previous review. So, at first everything was great. I believe I was able to cash out two or maybe three times. Well, on my last cash out, keep in mind I was verified, hence why I was able to cash out, they suddenly started rejecting my redemptions. First they needed a utility bill, okay cool. I uploaded it, it got accepted, tried to cash out and then they rejected it needing sourse of funds (my bank) okay, so I did that. Tried to cash out, declined again. They rejected my bank statement, so I uploaded that exact statement, again, and they accepted it but rejected my attempt to do another redemption, wanted more source of funds, (my W2 or tax statement). With ANY OTHER casino, verification wouldn't be so difficult, a bank statement, utility bill, and ID should be enough, but with lucky bunny it's not. Honestly the part that is very odd is they should have asked for that proof with the first redemption, not this far down the line, but it just goes to show the difference between established sweeps sites that are correctly ran and sketchy ones like this one. At this point, I just genuinely think they don't want to cash out, which is whatever, there are much better sites that do things correctly. I won't be returning to this website, and I'm glad I didn't spend any of my personal income on them.
6/15: It took a bit to get verified, BUT I did try to cash out over the weekend, so that totally understandable. I received my money under 24 hours when I did get verified which was very simple, so, so far so good. I really like the selections of games on this casino, and my experience with customer service was good, the rep I got was very kind. I like the daily bonuses, the wheel offers great rewards. Overall, I'm enjoying my experience with this casino, so I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. If anything changes, I'll update, but today the least, I like luckybunny.
