Terrible quality control. Ordered my 4th pair of Lucceses within a year. 2-pair of Augustas, 1- pair of Rustys. Liked them so much I decided to order the Raymonds. Received them with staining issues on both boots so I placed another order and now the second replacement order had creases in the leather. Disappointed in the quality as I believe they should have noticed it prior to shipping out. Never had issues with prior purchases so I emailed them with pictures of both boots. The customer service responded asking for phone number over a week ago and as of now still no call back.😒

Beautiful boots and Lucchese customer service was excellent at helping me resolve my fit issue. Only thing keeping me from giving a 5-star review is because their sizing is about 1/2 size off from all of the other boots and shoes I own.

This is the third time I bought the same exact boots over 10 years. They are great and always fit perfect.

We visited your store in Dallas in October, and my husband bought his forever boots....he's thrilled with them.

These are the best boots I have ever worn. I ordered boots from Red Wings for a while, but realized that Red Wing Boots weren't lasting as long as I hoped.

Website not updated, l order some boots that I been waiting on , finally I got an email saying they were available, so I order them ,then the next day I get an email saying that they made mistake on their website that boots had to be back order. Very bad website service!

The ONLY brand we wear in my family...

Your stores are understaff for customer service plus they don't have much product. Everyone was nice but did not have time for the customers. (I noticed a lot of customers complaining and leaving the store because they were unable to get serviced.)
Also I bought a boot on line and wanted to return it to the Santa Fe store and they said they cannot not accept the return.
I wanted to exchange for a different style and since they did not have it in the store they said that they would transfer it from another store to the Santa Fe( So I can try it on for sizing and not familiar with the square or pointed toe) store which they never did, nor did they ever call me to follow through. I called that store at least 3-4 times and once was placed on hold and no one ever came back to the phone.

Bottom line is that I will give the customer service online a 4 but the store gets a 2 and that was generous.
