Terrible. I placed an order for a shirt for my son on 20th October. I paid extra for fast delivery. I emailed them 2 days ago and got no reply.
The shirt was for an event tonight.
I emailed again this evening to say I would like a full refund and guess what?.....no reply again.

I made an order and no email confirmation. Have emailed and tried to call however no response. My money have been taken but having received no order or any communication. Very unhappy I would avoid this company

Following my previous review regarding lack of response regarding an exchange of goods , Lucca immediately contacted me and apologised for their error .
They exchanged the polo shirts and added an additional one as a compensatory gesture .
i am very pleased that there has been a swift resolution to this problem . I am also delighted with the high quality of the product . The zip enhancement on the shirt is particularly attractive .

I ordered a mens navy zip neck jumper from them on the 8th October and was only delivered on 22nd October. It took over a week for them to send the item out and when they did it was meant to be 48 hour delivery but took quite a few days. When waiting for the item to be sent out I emailed then to ask for an update but had no reply.

I ordered this to wear for a wedding and due to the delay it did not arrive in time so I had to purchase an alternative elsewhere. As I no longer require the item I have emailed them to request a return but I have once again had no reply.

I have not received my package, and despite contacting you multiple times, I have not received any response. This is disgraceful and shows a complete lack of regard for your customers. I paid for an order that was never delivered, yet you have ignored my attempts to resolve the issue. I expect a prompt response and a clear explanation of what has happened to my order, along with a resolution.

Ordered on the 8th and should have been delivered on the 14th. They sent a tracking number on the 14th. But on the 21st the royal mail still haven't received the parcel.
After emailing to request it be sent on the 19th. No response to email.
Finally delivered on the 24th or so.

The company is impossible to get in touch with, live chat they don’t respond. Emails, they don’t respond. My order is due for delivery today 20/10/26 however the items haven’t been dispatched. I have asked for a refund but again, no response. Such poor service all round. Do not buy from this company. Avoid at all costs. *update* company emailed me saying the parcel was ‘misplaced’ with Royal Mail, this is a lie because the parcel was never dispatched. Then offered me a replacement and 30% refund. Refused as I want a full refund. Now ignoring me again. Guess I will let the bank do the work. Embarrassing.

In early September I ordered three jumpers, unfortunately I received two medium and one large. I contacted the company by email and received a speedy response from Hamza Rabbani of the company. It was suggested I had made a mistake when ordering, which has not been disputed. I returned the two medium Jumpers unopened by return, and requested two larger size jumpers be sent and explained I was willing to pay for their postage, but have received no reply to numerous emails requesting confirmation of the returned goods. The contact phone number given is not recognised. 29/10/2026, to date there has been no response to my emails and calls to the number advertised.

Unfortunately being a small independent buisness There experiencing high levels off orders being the Time of year and I didn't hear anything for 5 days however was emailed in the evening and apologised and assured my parcel is now on route and is. Cannot ask for more than this , and I also recieved a partial refund for inconvenience. Will definitely purchase again and always support small independent buisness. JIM.

Slight delay in receiving my products but they were eager to resolve my issues and was happy with the outcome and customer service.

Placed two orders payment

I bought few tshirts, great quality. True to size. Communication could improve a little more but everything was great so didn't really matter. Will order again.

One of the tops I received has a frayed collar and the other top has black marks on it. They are poor quality and I wantedto return the items. I have emailed customer services a couple of times with pictures and my name and order number and haven't heard anything back from them so am unable to return the goods for a refund. I would not use this company again.

Extremely disappointing customer experience, or more accurately, a complete lack of customer service.

I paid for fast shipping, yet my order still hasn’t arrived. What is particularly concerning is the complete lack of communication from the company. I have tried contacting them multiple times through email, their contact form and the phone number provided on their website and I have received absolutely no response.

Update: This is definitely a scam website. After I left negative feedback, I was contacted and offered a 20% goodwill refund and a promise to resend my items. Please do not fall for this tactic or let them pressure you into changing your feedback.

I disputed the transaction with my payment provider and received a full refund. I strongly encourage anyone who has experienced similar issues to do the same rather than allowing this company to continue defrauding individuals.

I believe this company’s practices warrant serious investigation and I hope the relevant authorities will take action to protect other consumers.

Pleasure to deal with

Haven’t received any of my items so clearly very slow delivery, very disappointed.

When the top arrived it had a biro stain on the front and other marks on it. Tried to contact them to return via several different methods and no response.
Update - after leaving this review, the company contacted me and issued me a full refund and didnt require the faulty item returned.

Company got in touch after late order, sent out straight away and received within two days. Clothes really good quality , really pleased with with items.

Good product &good service

Great zip neck jumper ,my son likes them and happy to wear them to 6th form . They feel so nice and quality .
