Well what can I say, we had our internet installed today at the country club in Brean and the guy that came was absolutely 💯 spot on. Great customer service very quick & friendly thank you 😊 so much Jamie & Tracy

Downside we didn’t know that they were coming so communication would have been better. Luckily we had no plans.
Quick service, a big one for me was that he tidied up afterwards. We had “no internet connection” after connection was made apparently this is something that happens when you connect to iPhone. But good service from them in general

I contacted a very pleasant lady who went through the options available for us. She then informed me that there was already a system installed on our static caravan. I was going to get it replaced but decided against this later in the day. I rang her back & she cancelled the installation & talked me through the process to get the WiFi working. One very happy wife now!!! Also, the speed is fantastic😃

The Engineer was very efficient & friendly. The complete installation was very quick & connections to appliances was very easy. Would highly recommend LPIS .. thankyou.

I had to go to you as I went to EEE and triple money for LPIS better and their WI-FI was not working thanks to go to my Holiday home and my grandaughter with her baby and you sent a engineer to start it and she delighted to work his monitor thanks again and I will stay for forever 🙏

Great service from the engineer, respectful of my property, explained everything clearly.
My experience with the office was difficult, each time I called I got different time frames for installation. The female office member was great.

We were having issues with our wifi with the signal fluctuating up and down, then periods of nothing. Like a lot of vans on our site the router was in the boiler cupboard, this was identified as the problem. I believe the boiler was causing interference to the signal. An engineer came out and moved the router into the lounge area, this was done to very high standard. The signal is now spot on and working perfectly.

From making my enquiry with Head Office to today's installation, the experience has been brilliant.
Everyone has been so helpful and informative. Roy the engineer took time to explain how the installation would work, and made sure I was connected before he left.
