Great friendly engineer installed very quickly

Very pleasant experience. The installer was very polite & respectful of our premises. Installation was done quickly, efficiently, neatly & with no fuss. System fully explained to us before he left. Couldn't have wished for better!

Haaving had our connection now for the first year, apart from an outage which was unavoidable we are very happy with the WIFI service.
Now LPIS has a employee as a member of our FB site it is even better as residents have a means to have a point of contact that updates us with any issues.
Renewal was simple and is good value in our opinion

we didn’t know that it was being fitted on the 21-3-26 they told us that it should have been fitted on the 24-3-26 so we can’t tell how good the job is , as we are not down until the 29-3-26 but we will let them know then Craig

the wi-fi was installed in no time and the fitter was very professional in what he had to do, customer service was good also.

This service for our caravan was very good. The connection was stable and could be used easily.

The technician installed the internet router professionally within the hour and left everything clean and tidy. Everything was set up and explained. He said he would remotely check on the internet integrity before closing the job. All I had to do was give him a password. Excellent service and internet reception. Thank you.

Totally unreliable service.
Been down for the entire day (11th March 2026)
Blows hot and cold. When it's good it's good, when it's bad, it's very bad.

I haven’t had a chance to check how good it is working, but on installation all televisions in my caravan connected without any problems. Thanks for all your help

The engineer was exceptional extremely polite had a problem with the cable but stayed until he managed to find the fault answered all our questions gave us a lot of advice on how to check it. Would recommend your company to all my friends?
