We book a few holidays per year & I would never go with anyone else the service we receive is 5 star all the time!
We have been booking with Karen who currently manages the Bellshill shop for many years even through the whole Covid times & well what can I say there is no words that could ever describe the job that she does she’s one in a million! She knows us so well & knows exactly what to book we have never had a bad experience in all these years. In Karen’s absence the other girls are always most helpful.

I've now booked my third holiday with the Wishaw shop, and I just wanted to share how impressed I am with the service I've received.

I used to book through the larger stores at the Fort, but I often only received one or two options, and my phone calls weren't always returned. Since switching to love to travel at Wishaw shop, the experience has been completely different.

The girls at the Wishaw branch really do go above and beyond to find exactly what I'm looking for. They provide option after option until we find the perfect holiday, and their own travel experience is invaluable. They've been able to advise me on destinations, beaches, local shops, restaurants, and the surrounding areas, which has made choosing so much easier.

I especially want to thank Leeanne for all the time, patience, and effort she's put into helping me find my next adventure. Nothing has ever seemed too much trouble, and I really appreciate the multiple searches she's carried out to make sure I found the perfect holiday.

Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognised. Thank you to Leeanne and the whole Wishaw team for making every booking such a positive experience.

You really do have a hard working team in there and no doubt I will be back soon for my next holiday,

Kind regards,

Sandra Watson

I recently booked a holiday through Jacqui Fisher at Love to Travel, Lanark. I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. From the initial enquiry through to the final booking, Jacqui was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my requirements.

She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided several excellent options within my budget. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the process, and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly.

The entire booking experience was stress-free, and their attention to detail gave me confidence that everything had been arranged correctly. I would highly recommend this travel agent to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service, and I will certainly use them again for future trips.

Thank you for making the holiday planning process so easy and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic experience with Love to Travel Wishaw. Toni helped me book my holiday to Florida for next year and made the whole process incredibly easy from start to finish.

She found me the best deal available, explained everything clearly, and was friendly, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. Nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling confident that everything was taken care of.

I couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely recommend Love to Travel Wishaw to anyone looking to book their next holiday. Thanks again, Toni – I can't wait for my trip!

Went to Love to Travel, Motherwell, today, Sat 18 July, was looking for somewhere hot, All Inclusive, for 1 week, only in 20 minutes and had a reasonably priced hol to Cyprus, Aimee did all the work, checking dates and amenities, she was patient and made calls to ensure all was upfront, came away buzzing as next week, My family and I are off for a week. We went to Coatbridge Love to Travel for our special holiday to Cape Verde and couldn’t be happier with how Ami and Gina handled everything. From our very first chat, they listened carefully to exactly what we wanted — luxury, quiet location, sea view, — and came back with options that were spot on.
They knew the resort and area so well, gave great tips, and got us extra perks we wouldn’t have found online. Every cost was explained clearly, no hidden extras, and the price was excellent value. All bookings, tickets, and documents arrived early and were 100% correct.
They were always quick to reply,
friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. This wasn’t just a booking — they made it feel personal and special. If you want someone who cares, knows their stuff, and will make your dream trip happen exactly as you hope, go here. Have used Coatbridge Lovw to Travel for over 10 years now and We’ll definitely be back to book Cape Verde at the Riu Cabo Verde Hotel through Tui..thanks again to all staff at Coatbridge Love to Travel
