A complete waste of money. The cover is extremely cheap and poor quality; it looks nothing like the pictures. It's shipped from China, so returning it isn't even an option due to the hassle and high shipping costs. Avoid at all costs, a total con.

I wish I had looked at trustpilot before I purchased from them.

The website comes across as if it’s a UK company. Even after I ordered it still came across as UK it was only when they gave me a transit number that it showed in China that I realised this was a month ago.

I have tried to chase this up but the only reply is that it’s on its way and no further responses.

The item is still shown in China and I am minus £90. I have had no response about a refund so have gone through visa to get it refunded.

Total con and extremely poor customer service.

Had I known this was coming from China I wouldn't have ordered it as it inevitably takes longer to arrive and I needed it for family visiting. I will ensure to he more vigilant next time. I ordered a green 4 seater sofa cover. After over a month I contacted them to say I hadn't received it. They responded promptly advising I check with my local post office. It was never received by them or any neighbours and so I replied only to receive a postmaster fail with the explanation ' 'Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.'I received this against all 3 ways of contacting them. After my initial response I have clearly been blocked and am now out £49.99.

I would advise not to buy from this company, I naively read the reviews on their website and did not check other sources such as trust pilot, which is what I will do from now on.

Extremely dissatisfied with what I received. Thought I’d ordered the wrong colour when I opened the package. I hadn’t. The photos just aren’t an accurate representation of the colour. Massively overpriced! The material is cheap and looks awful. The covers didn’t even fit, despite me choosing the correct size. Do not buy from the website!

Be careful. I paid for the order and have not received any response for two weeks. I was wrong, this is not a UK company. It's a fake.

Our opinion echoes the sentiments of those who have already experienced this company. No exaggeration - beware !

They will not refund you and will not reply to you . Totally untrustworthy

Firstly, I wouldn't give them even 1 star but had no choice to add this review. I ordered the waterproof covers. On arrival and on testing they are not at all waterproof. The covers themselves did remain dry but any upholstery they are covering would be soaking wet as the water went straight through them. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
Like many others I understood this company to be a UK based company. They are NOT.

Ordered then read the reviews and was then worried about what we would receive however arrived in the time specified on the website (5 to 15 working days). While the photos on the website may be misleading on how the covers are likely to look, the sofa covers are a universal stretch fit so, as expected, they sag in some places but both fit to the sizes on the website. We also purchased cushion covers for the sofas - these do fit but are snug in comparison to the measurements on the website... I'd recommend giving yourself some extra room on these.

argggh I ordered off these , said it was a uk company ( had a UK address on the website) and now I see its coming from China. I emailed the company straight away and told them to cancel the order but they said they had sent it !! I have opened a dispute with Paypal as I tried to cancel the payment straightaway but it had already gone through. Fingers crossed with Paypal

AVOID company based in China. Sofa covers eventually arrived but doesn't fit what so ever..... won't reply to my emails and bank can't recover my £90..... these people need closing down

I ordered a sofa throw on the 10th of January. Yesterday I noticed payment had been taken via PayPal, worded "payment has been taken as I chose to pay 14 days after delivery?" I have not received delivery! I immediately contacted PayPal to request a refund which has been processed by PayPal but told it will take up to 5 days to show in my account and depending on my card provider up to 30 days. As always I'm impressed with PayPal but not this company!

This company is based in China. I had not realised this when ordering the items. On checking where the items are using the tracking link in email (I ordered just after Christmas), the tracking information shows ‘Atherstone- ready for collection’. The items have been there for around 2 weeks and have not moved. On contacting the company I get automated style emails which basically state due to covid there are delays with transit. I am not happy with the responses and have asked for a full refund which is not forthcoming. I paid using PayPal so hopefully will receive the refund soon. Avoid purchasing with this company. They are not genuine and I will not be using them again!

Do not purchase anything from this company. Yet to receive my order (sofa cover) and refusing a refund. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

I was really worried after ordering then reading reviews afterwards that my order would not arrive, if it arrived worried that they would be poor quality or not the right size.
I ordered before Christmas and arrived 12th January. I emailed the company for update and they replied immediately and very helpful.
The colour is lovely, they fit our old chairs well and have given our dining set a new life.
I am really pleased with service as whilst 3 weeks we are in COVID and Brexit which have impacted on all deliveries even from UK.

This company does not even deserve 1 star! Ordered 6 chair covers , full of holes and does not fit . Company NOT UK based any returns have to be sent to China and it’s not free to return!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!

Awful - yet to recieve - website looks like based in Uk but this is based in china. ordered months ago and yet to recieve either the product or a refund.DO NOT BUY

Bought a very large throw for a 3 seater. I am very happy with it. Covers the whole sofa and looks splendid. Should perhaps be made clearer it comes from China, so delivery will take a month, but I would definitely buy again, and will for my other sofa. It was worth the wait

The product is rubbish. I contacted the customer services to arrange a return as I thought I was sending to a local office and it turns out I need to return to China. At the small cost of £62.
I thought I had done my homework but evidently not as I hadn’t seen this.
DO NOT BUY!!

OMG! I am not the first one to complain about this company. Like all the other customers here I can only say that this company should not be allowed to sell in Europe. They are not complying with customers'rights. When buying, I did not realise that any return would have to be to China.
I will certainly be very careful next time and avoid products from China which are not sold by an UK or EU company.
