Bit of a disappointment
Had been seeing these on my Insta feed for a while & thought they looked great. Item was ordered as a gift, missed the date needed as wasn’t delivered for over 2 weeks despite the delivery times given on the website being stated as 3-5 days so just be aware of that. This was put down to ‘courier issue’ with customer service contact, although tracking details don’t seem to support this. Item was of ok quality, if a bit cheap looking which was an additional disappointment.

We understand that waiting for a custom-made product can still feel longer than expected, and we’re sorry if this caused any frustration.
We also reached out by email to better understand your comments about the product quality, as we’d genuinely like the opportunity to investigate and put things right, but unfortunately we haven’t heard back yet.

The company its self was amazing. I panicked at one point as royal mail had the item but love jewelry contacted them as a matter of urgent as it was a birthday present and needed it asap. Turned up the next day. The jewellery itself is gorgeous. I got my partners dad in a necklace as recently loss his father. It made me cry and it made my partner cry. Great value for what I paid. Perfect sentimental gift
Brought a necklace with an image for a friends birthday, picturing her with a close family member who had recently passed. She adores it and hasn’t taken it off since.
Packaging was neat and safe, came within 10 days which is impressive considering the care that was taken to incorporate the image into the necklace.

When my friend lost her mom with just…
When my friend lost her mom with just few days before her birthday I ordered a bracelet with the photo of all three of us. Without paying attention, I missed to put all details of the address and that bracelet never arrived, trying to track with post office website but no luck.
I sent an email to the company, their answer was almost immediately and seeing that the address was incorrect and the bracelet was lost somewhere between their company and post office, they ordered a replacement for me, with no extra costs and my friend got her bracelet, which is lovely and looks exactly like the photos !
I do recommend them! ❤️
