Love Jewellery have been amazing from ordering through to deliver. They have kept me informed of every step. I ordered a fingerprint necklace and a projection charm and they were beautiful. I also received a free bracelet. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I had too many letters to fit nicely in the bracelet but was assisted in choosing the wording that would look best and I am very pleased with the result

Highly recommend Love Jewellery…
I cannot recommend Love Jewellery highly enough. When an item purchased for me unfortunately developed a fault, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Their customer service was absolutely excellent from start to finish, and they kept me fully informed throughout the process.
What really stood out was how empathetic, caring and understanding they were, especially knowing how much sentimental jewellery can mean to someone. They treated my situation with genuine care and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.

This company was 1st class and very professional from start to finish. I bought 4 bracelets for my friends who recently lost their mum and were over whelmed and thought they looked gorgeous and the picture was great. Definitely recommend this company.

10/10 customer service. I ordered a bracelet back in December for a Xmas present for my mum. She had noticed 2 days ago that the photo part had come out and she couldn’t find it. I emailed the company that day and already have arranged for a replacement to be sent out even though it was 7 months ago the order was placed. Can’t fault the company at all, quick response in emails. Would 100% use again!
