I have purchased many shirts from Love in Faith and have never had any issues, their shirts are amazing and very good quality. I ordered 2 shirts last week and they arrived, they were beautiful and well made. The one shirt, was a size small and appeared to have been missed sized as it was overly large for a small shirt, and I am not able to wear it. I emailed customer service, included pictures, explaining the situation and within a hour had a very kind response from them. They apologized and told me to pick any shirt I wanted as a replacement, but could not guarantee if I chose the same shirt it would not have the same sizing issue, as they have no control over what the manufacturer of the shirts send to them. So I chose another shirt I liked replied to the email. The next day I had an order confirmation and the shirt was sent out at no charge to me. I offered to return the original shirt and they said to keep it and gift it to someone who could wear it. Customer service was top notch, very courteous, prompt and accommodating. I 100% recommend this company and I love wearing their shirts and proudly showing my faith in God!

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is awesome and very prompt with responding to any questions I have. Their products are so nice! I love the softness of the t-shirts. They fit well. I also like the fact that the length is perfect for me. Thank you LIF!

I like the product for the most part. Although I feel the T-shirts are too long. The quality is good. What I do not like is there costumer service contact. There is no number to call and I have yet to receive a reply to my email regarding a size discrepancy in sweatshirts I ordered. It has been 4 business days plus the weekend.
I would like a response to 507-363-6005. Please.

Wat een dramatisch bedrijf is Love and Faith.

12 dagen geleden een bestelling geplaatst voor Moederdag, en het pakket is nog steeds nergens te bekennen. We hebben het over een simpel babyrompertje, geen handgemaakte Ferrari-onderdelen uit Italië. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn om iets op tijd te versturen?

Communicatie is waardeloos: traag, onduidelijk en totaal niet oplossingsgericht. En als “compensatie” krijg je vervolgens alleen de verzendkosten terug. Nou, bedankt hoor… alsof dat het hele probleem oplost.

Blijkbaar vinden ze het normaal dat klanten ruim anderhalve week wachten zonder duidelijkheid, terwijl Moederdag allang voorbij is.

Absoluut geen aanrader. Bespaar jezelf de frustratie en bestel ergens anders.

I have to commend this company on their great customer service. I had ordered a t-shirt in XL. When it arrived, the package said XL but the shirt was a 4XL. I was skeptical about reaching out to customer service because you could only contact them was by email. I got a super fast response and explained the situation with a picture of the wrong t-shirt. I got a response back within hours letting me know that my replacement was on the way. They also asked me to donate my t-shirt to someone in need. It service didn't stop there. I had my new t-shirt within a day. I was totally shocked. I will for sure buy future items from this company.

So I ordered a Christian T-shirt absolutely love the Love In Faith company. I received the T-shirt and it had a tiny hole in the neck line and I immediately took a picture and sent them emailed it to them and they immediately immediately got it right so they were so sorry for this and they wanted to make it right and asked me to send them another order that I wanted completely free. I did it was very easy and the new shirt is on its way. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service.

The quality of clothing is top notch. I have made several purchases and have loved everything! There was a small mark on one of the items I purchased so I let the company know. Customer service was fast to reply, so kind, and very helpful. It was all resolved within the same day. I was so impressed!

I love my two new shirts celebrating America’s 250 years. I have so many short sleeve and long sleeve love in faith shirts. They are the best quality. They wash well and have never faded. I have been a customer for 2-3 years now and have never been disappointed and you wont be either. I wear a 14 in a shirt or xl but I always get 2x so they fit loose. I love the length because they hide my flaws. Beautiful shirts and sweatshirts too.

This is my second order and I have loved all of it! The shirts are super soft and true to size, shipping is quick! The customer service is amazing! I had one small issue with receiving an incorrect size and they fixed the issue that day! Will absolutely continue ordering!
