It was a gift for my girl and she liked it, pretty nice service and I liked that they were very discreet about it.

The customer service takes too long to respond (I had to send a reminder several times) and is very difficult to reach. They offer on their webpage "chat or email" but when you click on it, there is no email option, just an AI ! And it is very difficult to pass it and get to a human being if you do not have an order number. And even if you have one, I do not want to waist time on AI before I get to a human. I also want the option to email. Also, my parcel never arrived and they never explained to me why, they just issued a gift code for a new product. Not my type of company, I expect much better customer service.

First time purchasing from a company that makes products like this and I was holding my breath to see if it would all work out nicely.
It did! The delivery took some time, mainly because it took forever to somehow even arrive in my country, but once it did, yay! It was here.
After owning the things I bought some time, I have to say, good quality, better than expected actually!
Will definitely purchase from the again once I am up for new experiences :)

I had ordered one of the calendar boxes on the site and I ordered it in November, knowing that the calendars would have been sold out by Christmas time. The item seemed lost, to anyone who could see the tracking number, but I had to wait two more weeks from the estimated date of arrival, which was already three weeks after the order, to contact them about it.
The item never came and of course it was sold out and I couldn't find anything similar. Thankfully I got a full refund. Maybe if they could actually take a look at the tracking and had communicated with the delivery company earlier, I could have gotten my order.

I have shopped several times with Lovehoney. Everything has been smooth, no complaints.
