Excellent cot for our son from birth…
Excellent cot for our son from birth until present day (10 months). Company was also super helpful and responsive in sending a replacement part that broke when our son was jumping up and down on the bed. Highly recommend the product and service.

Incredible customer service
What an incredible company! We bought one of their cots from a third party a few years ago which we used for our first child. On reassembling the cot for our second I found that I had lost some of the flat pack parts. I contacted love for sleep and they managed to reply, source the parts and have them out to me within two days, free of charge. Amazing customer service!

Recently I lost the set of screws of the cotbed which I bought from them more than a year ago. I send them a mail asking if is there any way to only order the set of screws for that specific cot bed. To be honest I wasn’t expecting them to reply that quickly and to my surprise they offered to send me the set of screws free of charge to my current address. Bought a cot off this company over a year ago, which we have absolutely loved. The cot broke (totally our fault for not setting it up correctly) even though it was our mistake and our cot was no longer under warranty they sent us the new parts straight away. What a wonderful company.

Great customer experience and amazing…
Great customer experience and amazing and prompt support. We bought the bed in 2021 from the Amazon. Our little one used the bed until recently, sturdy safe and comfortable. As he outgrew it and we needed to use it again as a cot but some screws and parts were missing, we tried online and couldn’t find the parts we needed and decided to contact Love for sleep customer service. They responded the same day and sent us the screws free of charge with a next day delivery, even though they couldn’t even locate our order as it’s been 4 years ago when we bought it and had no responsibility to provide anything. I was really impressed and grateful for such an amazing experience.

Amazing Company!
We brought a cot bed 3 years ago. At the time we complained about marks and they refunded us 50% and now 3 years later we had broken a part and they have sent us a replacement again free of charge. What a lovely company. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I had a great experience buying a baby cot from love for sleep. Easy to assemble. Quick delivery. The only disappointment was the drawer as it doesn’t attach to the cot it sits underneath it which is OK but not ideal.

This lovely cot was delivered promptly as promised. It is made well and the mattress is perfect for my baby granddaughter Ella, who sleeps better in it than her previous smaller cot.

cot bed with mattress are fantastic, really happy with the purchase. The most important is my baby, she is sleeping very well in it since day one, now I don't need to rock my baby to sleep, she goes straight and fell asleep in her bed.

Exceptional customer service
Contacted Love For Sleep through their website when we bought one of their cots second hand and it didn’t come with all the fastenings. Within 48hrs we have the parts we need fitted and the cot fully put together! Incredible customer service and the cot is super cute and very sturdy too! Will definitely buy from them in the future.

Poor quality bed frame (Levi with Drawer) - very flimsy!
Customer service unhelpful and simply pointed to policy rather than coming up with a solution for a very poor cot bed. Avoid!!
