I purchased a cot for my grandson and…
I purchased a cot for my grandson and then ordered the wrong size mattress 🙈I contacted Love for sleep and they couldn’t have been more helpful as they realised I had made a boo boo! So they sent out a collection for the old mattress and sent me a replacement in the correct size and were so helpful polite and understanding. I will always deal with these for any future purchase as their customer service was brilliant 🤩 thank you again team for getting it all sorted and grandson is a very happy little boy with his new cot 🫶🏻

Cot bed missing parts
I bought a cot bed from Facebook but it had some pegs missing to hold the bottom panel up, i couldn't figure out what they were called so I contacted Love for Sleep and they very kindly sent me the missing parts free fo charge.
The emails with Jacob were very friendly and helpful, a great company to deal with. I'd happily buy from them in future.

When customer service is excellent
We purchased a crib from the Denise collection in 2021.
An excellent product that has proven useful and reliable.
We needed it again in 2026 for a new baby, but upon unpacking it, we realized we'd lost the screws.
So we contacted the company asking for a new set, and not only did they respond the same day, but they also offered us the new set of screws for free, without paying for materials or shipping, along with the instruction booklet.
There's nothing else to add; the story speaks for itself, and it's nice to tell, even though my friends didn't believe it until I showed them the email exchange.

I had a fantastic experience with this company and felt it was worth sharing.
I originally purchased a baby cot from them back in 2022. Recently, I needed to use it again but had misplaced both the screws and the assembly manual after dismantling it. I reached out to their customer service team, not expecting much given how long ago I made the purchase.
To my surprise, they responded quickly and offered to send both the replacement screws and the manual completely free of charge. Even more impressively, everything arrived within just four days.
This level of customer care, especially for a product purchased years ago, is truly exceptional. It’s rare to see companies stand by their customers like this long after a sale.
Highly recommend—reliable, responsive, and genuinely customer-focused!

Failed Delivery
Be careful using this company. DO NOT select leave delivery in "SAFE PLACE"
Apparently this entitles the driver to dump it in any public place and according to the company you are fully responsible for it from that point on. £130 on a Cot completely wasted.

Your order was originally shipped via next-day recorded delivery, which requires a signature upon receipt to ensure it reaches you safely. This delivery option was later changed by the customer directly with the courier to “leave in a safe place.”
When this option is selected, the courier asks the recipient to agree that the parcel can be left without a signature and that responsibility passes over once it has been delivered. In this case, the parcel was delivered as requested, however, it appears it may have unfortunately been taken by a third party.
We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be and we’re very sorry for the situation. Unfortunately, as the delivery preference was updated directly with the courier under their terms, they are unable to accept liability in this instance.
This is also why we send all parcels via recorded delivery by default, although any changes made directly with the courier are outside of our control.
We truly regret the outcome and appreciate your understanding.

I made a request to Love For Sleep last…
I made a request to Love For Sleep last week with regards putting a cot back together for my new great granddaughter.
The cot was stored in my attic for 5 years but I was unable to locate the screws to put the cot back together.
I had a full set of screws and a complete erection diagram sent to me with in 5 days.
Must say first class service from a lovely company.

I recently had a broken slat on my JACOB Baby Cot Bed, which I’ve had since late 2023. I contacted customer service to see if I could buy a replacement part.
Not only did they respond quickly, but they sent me the replacement slat at no additional cost. The delivery was so fast as well. It is rare to find a company that supports its customers so well even after the initial purchase.
The cot is back to being 100% safe, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended!

Great Customer service.
We brought a cot from a friend but once we opened the box, no screws or fixings were present. So after emailing the customer service team, they rectified the issue immediately and sent out the missing items for next day delivery. Couldn't of been happier with the service.

Customer service was extremely efficient. We lost some screws/fixings during a house move, and Love For Sleep replied very swiftly and offered to send us the parts for free. Very happy with the furniture as well - nice looking and well made.

Outstanding customer service we bought a cot from them in 2021 and between the years due to assembling and de assembling I lost some of the screws. I noticed I was missing some screws whilst I was putting the cot back together again. I contacted Love for Sleep to see if they were able to send me the missing screws I needed. The team were very helpful they sent this to me straight away for free! I am so grateful, I have been able to complete the cot assembly. Thank you very much.
