The Best Electric Car Provider bar none
The process from application to delivery could not have been smoother. I was constantly kept informed of the progress of my order and had regular updates from Freya on when to expect the car to be delivered. Delivery was pre arranged and I received a call to give me a definite time slot. Once I received the car I was given a tour of the vehicle and controls and the courier didn't leave until I had exhausted all my questions. Great service, great experience and I have finally found my car provider, I shan't be going anywhere else.

Simple, affordable & takes the stress out of running a car

The Extra Mile
I wanted to specifically thank Amy for going the extra mile for me this week. As my current lease is coming to an end and Love Elec had no used Teslas in stock, I was getting really worried. Amy listened to my concerns, kept in touch via email and on the phone - and managed to secure me a vehicle that met my requirements.
We explored lots of different options to resolve my issue and just as I was giving up all hope... Amy found me a vehicle!

not reliable price structure
Our experience with this company was disappointing. While the initial presentation was good, they were not transparent with the full details upfront and only revealed key information when we were ready to place an order.
Each time we contacted them to order a car with the exact same configuration, we were given a different (and higher) price. There was always an excuse — blaming the dealer or a colleague — but even the same person could not provide a consistent quotation for the same vehicle.
The price kept increasing with every interaction. The first quote was competitive compared to other places, but by the time we were ready to proceed, the cost had gone up significantly.
Overall, it was a frustrating and time-wasting experience.

My journey with LoveElectric.....
My journey with LoveElectric was excellent right from the start. Their website offered a comprehensive overview of salary sacrifice and EV leasing, simplifying the entire concept. The ordering process for my EV was remarkably smooth. Once my order was placed, the communication between LoveElectric and my HR department flowed effortlessly. I consistently received updates as my vehicle's delivery approached. On the delivery day, the driver reached out to confirm the vehicle's transport to my home and provided a precise estimated arrival time. Following delivery, we concluded the routine checks, signed the required documents, and I embarked on my EV adventure.
Additionally, I opted for the HyperVolt charger, and that service was equally seamless, also conveniently accessible through salary sacrifice.

Amy was very helpful during the call. It doesnt feel like she is hiding anything and every conversation very transparent which makes the experience very relaxing
Independent to Amy, I think loveelectric website and automatic emails needs some improvement. Upon signing the documentation, I have no idea what is the next step. Slightly annoyed I have lost one full day apparently waiting for me to send my driving license check code since completing the documentation signature which I was not aware. Was only made aware as I tried to find out what is the next step when chatting with someone via the webpage chatbox.

Straightforward and great communication!
It's been a refreshingly straightforward experience from start to finish with getting a new car through loveelectric. Our company operates their salary sacrifice scheme, which means I can get a new car at a reduction on what I would need to pay for a typical lease.
Communication from the team has been consistently good throughout the procurement process. I had a wait of about 3 months for the car, and was keep informed throughout. The confirmed delivery date was honoured and the follow-up post-deliver has also been great.
