Counting Sheep exists to make sleep feel good again. Modern life has a habit of keeping our minds switched on long after our bodies are ready to power down. You brush your teeth, get into bed, and your brain decides now is the moment to rewrite tomorrow's to-do list and replay a slightly awkward conversation from 2014. We surveyed around a thousand UK adults and found we are not alone. 73% get six hours or less. More than half say they can never switch their brain off. Most of the category answers that with tracking, scores and optimisation. We wanted to do the opposite. Something calmer, kinder, simpler. The problem usually is not sleep itself. It is a nervous system that modern life never fully lets unwind. Calm the system, and sleep follows. That is what both our products are formulated to do. 'Calm' is a sugar-free evening drink. One stick stirred into water between 6pm and 9pm, in Orange & Yuzu or Mixed Berry. Highly absorbable magnesium bisglycinate and citrate to relax the body and support a calm mood, chamomile with standardised apigenin and lemon balm to soothe mental tension, plus vitamin C, B5 and B6 to support stress resilience and psychological balance. It quiets a racing mind, eases physical tension, and helps you transition calmly into sleep. 'Sleep' is a two-capsule serving taken 30 to 60 minutes before bed. A restorative blend of magnesium bisglycinate, zinc, vitamin D3, active folate and vitamin B6, with ashwagandha to help the body adapt to stress, saffron for emotional balance, and lemon balm and passionflower to prepare the mind for rest. Designed to help you drift off, stay asleep with fewer night-time wake-ups, and wake up clear rather than groggy. No melatonin. No sedatives. Nothing habit-forming. No next-day fog. Just a naturally formulated blend that works with your body's own rhythms rather than overriding it. Our standards are simple. Bespoke formulas, nothing off the shelf. Made to GMP standards. Third-party tested. Vegan friendly. Optimally dosed, so every ingredient is in at an amount that does something, not a token sprinkle on the label. No tracking. No pressure. No protocol. Sleep should not be another thing to get right. Counting Sheep is founder-led and shipped direct from our own site by Jack and Sam. We read every review that lands here. If something is not right, tell us and we will put it right.Vis mer
